I've been on HGH by Jintropin for about three weeks going on four. I do about 2 units per day. I read that HGH really burns fat especially at the inject spots. My problem is that I've actually gotten fatter around the waist where I've been shooting it.
I don't know what the problem is. Do I need to give it some more time? Do I need to inject more per day? Or am I one of those rare people who gets fat on HGH? That wouldn't surprise me.
Anyway, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

2 IUs is the bare minimum, the human can produce up to 1.5 IU per day. ive never done it because id rather spend the same ammount of money on a few awesome cycles (and food). from what ive heard 4+ IUs is what you want to aim for. and dont even expect to see results as quick as AAS. you must take GH for many months before start seeing good results

Since when is 2IUs every day bare minimum? Where did this information come from? There are pros that recommend 2-3IUs every OTHER day to make sure you keep a thin waistline.

Is it fat or does it look bloated? My suggestion, cut it down to 2-3 IUs every other day on a steady basis for a little while and see if your gut shrinks. There is a possibility your internals are growing which may be what you are experiencing. Trick is to work the hell out of every chemical you put in your body so it doesn't go to the wrong places.

Thanks for the advice Kaiser. I do feel and look bloated, but I thought that only came with extended use and high dosages. But, I'm going to drop back to 2 IUs every other day.
BTW, I got on growth for the other benefits such as anti-aging(I'm 38 and hurting), skin and joint rejeuvination, better sleep, fat loss etc., etc..
So far I have loss some wrinkles around my face, my skin has improved and I do feel better and sleep better.

i called 2 IUs bare minimum because how beneficial is it to take 1 or 1.5 IU per day? not worth it IMO, but like i said ive never done it so im not speaking from experience

Yup, you're smart. It's a great longevity drug. But all the more reason to drop it down a little and see where it takes you. Especially when you are not doing it to get huge. I also don't understand where they are saying you have to do it for months before you see results. The reason I asked them about the dose being the minimum was I was just on the phone with Phil Hernon the 2 days ago and had that exact conversation. I was asking about the 24IU blast once a week that everyone talks about and he recommended that I didn't do it because it made him feel like shit for 2 days after and actually hindered him. I then asked him what the correct dosage would be for a first timer and he said I would not go above 2 or maybe 3 IU every other day. It just happened to be coincidence that I had talked to him. BTW, if you're not sure who Phil is, he is an IFBB pro that beat Craig Titus and is extremely knowledgable. Anyone who wants really good training diet and cardio advice on a personal level beyond this realm should contact him over at Professionalmuscle.com vi PM. Tell him the fellas from Alinboard sent you. Here are some pics of Phil:

I am just telling you this because I don't want to take all the credit for it. Phil is my trainer at this point, so all the credit goes to him on this subject because I don't have experience with HGH or IGF and I dont like people who don't give credit where credit is due.
Also Hooker's book is supposedly excellent. I haven't read it yet, but alot of really good guys are recommending it, including Phil. PM Hooker here for more info.

These are not shameless plugs fellas, because they are not for me and I do not profit from them whatsoever. They are recommendations in case you want to take your training beyond the borders of a forum and dig deeper for information that cannot be found here.

Anyway, cut it down and see where it takes you like we have decided. Your skin and external improvements should stay even if you drop your dose all the way down to 2IUs per week believe it or not. Anything more than that is for building solid muscle or repairing skeletal problems. You may also choose to change injection sites to quads or something for a period of time. Let us know of your findings.

BTW, how's your testosterone level, do you know? You might be elligable for HRT at this point if it is low enough which will give you a nice kick.

Well, I'm on a cycle which includes Sustanon 250, so the test levels should read high. BTW, I'm not stacking the Sust with the HGH for growth or strength reasons. I really just want the HGH to help me feel better and burn some extra fat away.
I have a few joint injuries as a result of full contact fighting which are now catching up with me. The HGH has helped a lot with the minor problems, but I will need surgery for the A/C joint. No amount of HGH, Deca or EQ will help until after surgery - there's just way too much damage. I am able to lift since I have full range of motion, but due to the nerve impingment caused by bone spurs it hurts like hell, so I just push through it.
Anyway, I do appreciate your input and advice and it has helped a great deal.

Give Aflutop a look. It may actually help with the A/C believe it or not. The shit's pretty amazing.

You can look it up. Aflutop is in the shop also. It is the new version of Adequan. Very, very, and I mean VERY good for repairing joints. It doesn't just mask the pain like Deca does. It is available in the "shop". I would definitely suggest you order some.

Checked it out and I'm definitely going to get some. It should work real well for recovery after I have surgery on the A/C joint so I won't miss too much gym time. Unfortunately, I can not avoid surgery any longer. It appears that I broke the clavical right at the end inside the joint causing it to grow major sized bone spurs which you can actually see popping through the skin. The spurs are also pushing the joint apart and rubbing on the nerves, so they are going to cut me open and grind away the spurs allowing the joint to come back together like it should.
With the bone ground away it will be susceptible(sp.) to more spurs with extra usage hence the down time. But, Aflutop should speed up the process so I will only miss a couple weeks instead of a couple months.
