I have read lots of posts on ramping clen up and then down. A few go up to 160 mcg till the end and just stop??? I'm gonna do 2 wks on 2wks off 3x's. Any suggestions???

I see no point in ramping down. I personally ramp up to 240 mcg per day using the stuff that alin sells.

I used 40-60mcg AFTER my PCT daily for it's mild anti-catabolic effect.
