my next cycle

ok i first tried a only dianabol cycle because thats what i had.it went amazing.
but no pct and i lost half of it.

so now im going to do

500 mg of sustamed for weeks 1-10
50 mg danabol ed for weeks 1-4
nolvadex 20 mg ed for last 2 weeks and then 4 weeks after for pct

what kind of gains am i looking at?and any potential pitfalls?


my stats are
6'
235 at 15% bf
23 yrs old male

sust causes pain in the injection site on most, but not everyone. If I was you I would just do 500mg ew of test e or c. I would probably not go higher than 30-40mg of dbol, hard on ur liver. You'll get plenty of help on here, a lot of gear veterans.

thanks man.yeah im excited, i already ordered it,just gotta send off the money and then just time. my friend did sust,deca, and dbol he put on like 35 lbs.it was nuts. so im hoping that i get at least 20 lbs out of this. the heaviest ive ever been was 245 so now at 235 i cant wait.

i plan on eating as much clean food and working out heavy.

i write down all my workouts so they will be good to follow.im just ready to get this started. i already love working out and this will make it god like


man. so strength gains on this cycle?any expierences?

To many factors to say what youd gain. depends on diet/rest/training.

Why run nolva for last 2 weeks? and then 4 weeks after PCT? WTF?

Here: Run this 2 weeks after last test pin. (week 12)

nolva 40/30/20


No need to run anymore at any other time

dtowndandy is right as always. His advice is right on. You didn't say you had any clomid. I would use clomid with the nolvadex. Everything else looks good. Good luck.

Personally I would add Clomid also so it would look something like this:
weeks 12/13/14/15
Clomid 100/50/50/--
Nolva 40/30/20/10
