My girlfriend lifts weights 5 days a week. She is 5'3 and weighs 130. She looks great but she is now looking to lean out more. We do strong cardio 45 minutes per day. The clen makes her shake a lot and she only takes 5 ml tab per day. She has used phentermine but it doesn't work now. She tried small doses of anavar but made increased her appetite. Any suggestions. Thanks for any advice.

if she is eating right, 45 minutes of cardio per day should slowly but surely burn fat

This drug might help with that, and that drug might help with this, BUT no matter what you try, it will always come back to proper nutrition. The diet is the key. Proper ratio of protein to carbs, restricting calories below maintenace level while being consistent and patient.

This is the true statement in this thread. Don't forget the necessary fat intake however. You can do this cleanly by adding some olive oil to your diet.

Thanks folks for all of the replys. We never eat after 7. When we do eat bread it is whole wheat. She may be taking in too much in the way of carbs. She does love the baked taters if you will. No butter or salt. We do egg whites, juice and wheat toast in the morning. Protein shake or grilled chicken breasts and steamed veggies at lunch. Light dinner consisting of chicken, fish, always grilled or steamed. Lots of greens, broch, spinich, green beans, salads with light dresssings or none at times. I agree the diet has to be scewed. Maybe more cardio also. Just push the cardio to its limits. Sorry about the mcg. She takes 5 mcg. I always think about ml.

Thanks again for the help.

If she is into a routine that her body is very used to... she may want to shake it up a bit. Don't worry about NOT eating after 7... just don't eat the wrong thing... I found that I lost more weight by having my dinner later... your body is smart and will slow down and retain what it needs... she should "trick" her body by changing things up a bit... works for me

Something that works super for most female athletes I train is a simple stack of 5-10mg Anavar daily along with 5-10g daily of Creatine Monohydrate.

My wife is on a diet that works wonders. She is 5'1" and now weighs about 112 lbs. She lost about 24 lbs in just 6 weeks without any diet "pills". She does 1 hour of cardio 5 days per week. The diet is very simple ,it is 1000 cal. per day: 134g good carbs, 58g protien, 26g good fat divided into 6 meals. She does not drink any alcohol or have any other cheats. She has gotten very lean and is starting to get 6 pack abs. Good luck hope this helps.

Congrats to her. That is a great amount of weight to lose especially considering her body-weight to loss-weight percentage. Bet she looks good now. Tell her to keep up the good work.

1Scuba, Thanks Bro,

Can you give us an idea about what her breakfast and lunch looks like? Is she doing 4 or 5 small meals a day? Sounds like she has this down. Any info would be appreciated.

breakfast :
1/2 cup fresh fruit
1/2 cup bran flakes
1 cup skim milk
snack:
sugar free jello
lunch:
2 oz. lean meat
1 slice whole wheat bread (no mayo or oil)
1/2 cup fruit
snack: 3:00 or 4:00 because we eat dinner later.
1/2 cup fruit
dinner:
2 oz. lean meat
1/2 cup whole wheat pasta or 1/3 cup brown rice or 3 oz yam
1/2 cup veggies
sugar free jello
snack:
1 slice whole wheat bread with sugar free jam/jelly
1 cup skim milk or 8oz. fat free sugar free yogurt
My wife normally has popped corn for a snack before bed instead of bread or cereal. NO BUTTER OR SALT!

You can get pretty creative with the menu, just make sure to weigh and measure everything! Make sure you calculate calories, carbs, fat, and protien. My wife also keeps her sodium intake as low as possible. Hope this helps and good luck.

Thanks Bro,

We really appreciate it. We are going to hit the store today and throw out a bunch of junk in the cabinets. This system is very easy to do. Thanks again for the info.
