I have taken a couple of cycles a few years ago. After finding this website I realize I had no idea what I was doing. I weigh 195 lbs and am 6,1. I have a long athletic build and want to add about 10-15 lbs of hard (not bloated) mass. I have been reading about Tren, which I have never taken, and have decided hat I want to try this. Problem being, I dont know how much to take per dose and for how long. I also want to take Test with it. I do not know whether I should take Tren Ace or Tri Tren, and is Test Prop the best Test for less water retention? Can anyone give me a sample 10 week cycle that will be affordable as well as what I should do post cycle? Idea is to gain 10-15 lbs this winter, but I dont want the bloated look. Am I on the right track with Tren and Test? Thanks in advance

No tren for you.
Post up age/diet/training split/current training run bro.
At 6'1, 195 i bet you can still get some lbs in naturally.

28 years old, Protein Consumption about 150-200 grms daily and over 2-3000 calories. Training split...
Monday Chest (Bench 250 2-4 times)
Tues Bicep
Wed Shoulders and Tris (Mil Press 80 lbs dumbells for 6-8 reps)
Thurs Legs (Squat 340-350)
Friday Back (Deadlift 315-325)
My work schedule fluctuates but I try to hit the gym 4-5 times per week. Maybe I am looking to take for the wrong reason. I play competitive slowpitch softball and I want to add some size for next year. I am already and my highest weight and I guess I want an edge. I hit the gym hard, and have taken Mass Tabs along with creatine and protein. I am not a naturally strong person but I have worked hard to get stronger with time. Any advice or should I leave the anabolics to the big boys?

Bro, alot of problems here...
Let me help, but you need to do your own research. Google works great. This is just going to be a short breakdown of what needs to happen, in my opinion, to start gaining some weight. I would also suggest reading every single post and thread in the newbie section. if you do that, you wont have very many questions to ask. I promise.
Dont even think abiut gear, your diet is for a 150lb man.
Protein is ok for not being on cycle, but you could up a bit if need be.
Bump those cals up by 500, if you're not gaining bump up another 500 cals. If still not gaining bump that shit up till you are gaining. Once you start gaining, you can adjust your macros to where you limit the extra fat just begging to be added on.
Dont eat processed foods, minimize sodium (salt), stick to eating high carb and higher fat meals in the morning and afternoon but avoid at night as you may get some fatty fatness. Minimize weight gainer and protein shakes. You want to drink a 50g protein shake pre workout, 50g protein shake with 1/2 c oatmeal, or a banana, or any simple carb immediately after a workout. EAT GOOD FATS. Olive oil, peanuts, cashews...
Again, you can find this by searching.
Now to split.
Try this:
Monday- Chest, Biceps, Back
Tues- Off
Wed- Legs, Abs
Thurs- Off
Fri- Shoulders, Tris, Forearms
Work your legs till you cant walk. I mean it, out of any exercise you do, your #1 priority is legs. If you cant squat heavy with a barbell, use a hack squat machine and load that son of a bitch up. Two things should happen on leg days. 1, you should be very sore and walking funny coming out of that gym. 2, you should be nauseated if not puking.
Ive puked quite a few times from hack squating 900lb+ on a machine bro.
Your legs is where the weight is, and guess what? It boosts your test levels as well.
After all, the biggest muscle in your body is in your legs.
Stick to 3 sets, 6-8 reps for all body parts. Except legs, which Ill get to in a second.
Your third and final set should be heavy enough where you wont get 8 reps. Maybe like 3 or 4 and thats good. You've exhausted your muscle.
Legs do 4-6 sets for 8 reps. Focus on squats, calf raises, db weighted lunges, etc...
Like I said, you need to be reading every minute of everyday and focusing on some points that were just given to you.
You should be up to 215 naturally in 4-6 months if you get this down pat. Then come back and we'll get ya on some sauce.
BTW, that will be $300 please.
Tren/Primo/Pussy is the only form of payment I accept. :)
j/k!
FTW!!!!

*edit*
I forgot to add that you want to minimize cardio right now to only 2x a week for 20 min each time. Do it on a lifting day.
You want those 4 days off from any kind of exercise at all, except gettin some tail! ha ha
Also, listen to your body bro while training and eating.
Peace
