I've been retired from the Army for 6 1/2 yrs now. I stay somewhat active but not nearly as much as I did when I was in. I'm 44 and I want to loose body fat, gain a decent amount of muscle but not blow up. What should I take ? How much ? How long ?Ect.......AND......what type of "workout" do I need to do with the drugs ?
Hope somebody can help me out here.

Need more info like precise goals. How much muscle and how much fat to lose? What are your stats? How tall, weight, bf, current diet and work out?
