im having trouble comin up with my 5th cycle... i want to gain some lean mass cause i stay lean year round but have trouble keeping mass.. i dont like running long ester AAS.. im just a prop guy cant help it.. so here is what im thinkin...

stats: age: 28

Height: 5'9

Weight: 190

BF%: 7%

5th Cycle:

wk1-14: test prop 100mg EOD
wk1-12: EQ 400mg wk (yes i know this is a long ester.. i will explain in a minute)
wk6-12:masteron 100mg EOD
wk1-14: HCG 500iu every 5th day

wk1-4: Dbol 1-4 50mg to kickstart cycle

PCT: nolvadex and clomid

here is why i chose EQ.. i have fun both tren ace and NPP with great success but the sexual dysfunction i couldnt handle.. my gf bitches ennough that i take AAS and then when i get limp dick the shit hits the fan so i thought i would try something else.. im not real big on running a long ester with a short ester thats why im askin if anybody has run prop and EQ together or if yall had suggestions to replace it with.. thanks for the input

I've used Test P with EQ.

1-12: Test P 100mg EOD (300/wk)
1-10: EQ 200mg EOD (600/wk)

I liked this combination and will do it again.

**you won't need the Dbol if you are using Test P

So your on you have run 4 cycles and your 190?

The reason your having trouble keeping mass is because your not eating enough, which shows in 2 places: 1, you cant keep gains, and 2, your 4 cycles in and 190 lbs. If you want to gain "lean mass" (as opposed to other members who post up wanting to gain fatty, loose mass), and keep it... which you said you have trouble doing.. then take that 7% and forget about it.

Then you need to figure out why your diet cant support 190 lbs without AAS and go eat and lift for 6-9 months. IMO you should be able to get to 200 lbs with plenty of food and no more AAS.

Lastly, figure out a good 5th cycle.
