amino's and protein are a definite ... i use creatine to fill my muscles back up with water so it doesnt look like i lost too much, no need to do it while on tho.

Well if you want the winstrol to harden you up, creatine would be counter-productive... TAX is right... the protein? Absolutely.... and a LOT of it. I'm not a big amino guy but sure. Just remember to drink a gallon of water a day at least. Just fill a gallon jug in the morning and drink it all day long... something has to transport all that gunk through your kidneys...

one of my friends says the same thing but i dont know how true this is being that creatine puts water into the cells (intracellular) any extracellular water is what makes you not look hard and vascular. i have a link to a bodybuilder's aticle about precontest and getting your water balance right for contest and he suggests loading creatine before a show. it is actually considered a vasodialator....its a good read and good facts to know

Not worth trying to figure out the balance unless of course you want to do a dry run which no one every usually does. For a vasodilator, get the bad boy from sythetek.com, Sythelator. You'll be popped out like a 3d road map with 300-400mg the morning of the show. Careful with this stuff though.

So you're saying that creatine puts water into the cells (true) but it's extracellular water that makes you look hard? I don't get that.

Because you have a thin layer of fat all over, would you say those cells would be volumized as well? Even the viceral bloat from creatine (in the gut) would be bad. As far as I know, creatine pretty much makes whatever it touches suck up water. And if it's in your blood, it's in your fat layer.

Perhaps I'm incorrect.

ouch i think you accidently misread what i was saying. i could have worded it better. "creatine puts water into the cells (intracellular) any extracellular water is what makes you not look hard and vascular" i havent seen any studies that have shown that creatine volumizes fat cells.

Yes... I definitely missed the "not" in there... that kinda makes a difference huh? I have never heard of creatine making you look hard. I always assumed the opposite were true. I've eaten so much of it as well and it always gives me some pudge.

Put it this way... If I were dieting hardcore for months and was almost there? Or a few days out... no way would I be eating that stuff without some serious advice from a very experienced trainer.

I save most of my supplements for OFF cycle. Aminos in a good whey protein are essential.
