i have 50mg orals of winny and i am splitting them up 2x a day. i take 50mg per day. i was just wondering if i cut the 50mg pill in half, will it mess with the integrity of the pill. i have had this happen with some medications, so i just wanted to make sure it's ok. thanks

go for it. i cut mine in half. And I chew them up good

chew them up huh, i've just been swallowing them. didn't know to chew them up. do you have to chew them, or is swallowing them whole ok.

you can swallow them. If they're IP winny tabs, they tend to be compressed a lot so I chew them so that I know its broken down completely. Its just my preference

Ive heard the Same about the Ip`s.
There so small and packed so tight he use to tell you to crush em
And not just swallow them whole. Not sure what brand you have or If The Ips are still the same as they use to be But I have heard that directly from Ip what Static is talking about above.

the ones i have a pretty small, they are the british dragon ones, don't see anything about IP. i got them from alin's shop, so not really sure. thanks

Naw tha dragons are differant then Ips.. I wouldnt worry about crushing them.
Just break them in 1/2 and swallow Just as you had in mind.

im too tired to find a source, by i think chewing allows for maximum absorption ... my friends and i used to always chew up drugs and it got us higher for longer, and took less time to kick in ... i think the same applies for AAS tabs.

You can split them it wont hurt the tablet.
