I injected 2cc of deca in my glute today and during the injection I had no problems. But when I pulled out the needle a good amount blood started to squirt out for a couple seconds. This has never happend to me before when injecting in the glutes, but I hear it happens once in awhile.

I was wondering if all that deca that I injected was lost since the blood started squirting out where I injected it?

Same thing happened to me once with my delt. Was it just blood leaking out, or did you see oil? If it was just blood, don't worry about it.

sounds like you may have nicked a vein, which happens to the best of us. as long as you aspirate and know you're not injecting directly into a vein (which you will obviously know immediately) then you're good.

the amount of gear you lose is negligible, just stick to the z-track method and you're good.

All that I saw squirt out was blood. Not sure if you could even see the oil if it did come out since it would be mixed in with the blood and the blood is dark?

hybrid is right you just caught a vein on the way out, IMO shouldnt be a problem even if you saw oil. if you leave the pin in for fifteen to twenty seconds after you push the last of it, it will give it time to settle and youll get no oil coming out.

You can tell if there is oil in the blood, thay dont mix fully.

You must have knicked a vein. Your fine. I wouldnt worry too much about it accept trying to avoid next time.
