Has three purposes period:

1.The competetive bodybuilder before a show the last 4-5 weeks before the show who is VERY, VERY lean.

2.A powerlifter ultra-concered about staying in a weight class who wants to improve his strength.

3.A young boy who has delayed puberty.

It is too harsh and has no anabolic effect whatsoever to be used at any other time. It's not in high demand because of these factors.
