I have been on tren ace for 10 days so far ... and i think it just started to peak .. anyways, here is my bitchin' back workout n why i love tren

Deadlifts:

315x3
345x4
375x3
405x3
435x3
465x3
495x3 (easy)
525x3 (somewhat easy)
555x2 (easy, could have gotten three, but I didnt want to fuck with my rep scheme)
585x1 (first time in a while, form sucked, but i got it)
(partial)615x2
(partial)645x1

handle bar lat pull downs

2 sets of 250x6
2 sets of 290x6

overhand bent rows

135x12
225x12
315x6
405x3

tbar rows

3 plates x8
5 plates x8
7 plates x8
9 plates x2

than I finished it off with some trap work and a 3 exercise bicep circuit :) i feel fucking phenonemal

Great lifts man, but you are over training. Cut it down, and you'll gain more quickly.

yeah.. overtraining will break your sleep pattern, make you more agressive and depressed ..

Thought everyone knew you should never overtrain completely when on roids..

and bad sleep pattern is really not great, as your muscles grow in sleep, not while awake ;)

btw, awesome results but rest more :o

kai, that only works for me with some body parts (arms and shoulders mostly) ... i grow best, lifting 4 days a week with like 3 hour sessions ... and resting and eating the rest of the time.

Your training is off. You could get to where you want to be faster if you cut it back and do a heavy week and light week.
