I have been on tren ace for 10 days so far ... and i think it just started to peak .. anyways, here is my bitchin' back workout n why i love tren
Deadlifts:

345x4

495x3 (easy)
525x3 (somewhat easy)
555x2 (easy, could have gotten three, but I didnt want to fuck with my rep scheme)
585x1 (first time in a while, form sucked, but i got it)

overhand bent rows

than I finished it off with some trap work and a 3 exercise bicep circuit :) i feel fucking phenonemal
