this will be my first cycle

week 1,2,3: 600mg EQ
week 4-15: 400mg EQ / 500mg Test E
week 4-6: 25mg D-Bol/day
Week 13-15: 25mg T-Bol
week 6-15: HCG every 5 days
week 16 -17: off
week 18: 200mg Clomid 1st day w/ 100mg for 6 day/ also 50mg Nolva
week 19: 50mg Clomid and 40mg Nolva
Week 10: 50mg Clomid and 30mg Nolva

recommedation. He has before, during and after shots.

atron, ah... I'm not sure where to start!
Um, why are you doing d-bol just before the midpoint and then t-bol at the end?? I feel your setting yourself up to fail with that.
Whats with the pre-loading of eq? I'd better stop asking questions... If you want some real, honesty, reliable, helpful advice do what drob said and post up your stats and maybe the reasons behind why you've designed the cycle the way you have - could be an interesting read!

This is clearly your first cycle, i'll give you props for at least having pct! but you honesty won't be needing the eq nor the bols, you'd be better off spending that $ on food, add these in a later cycle

I have read where people have loaded EQ to try to speed up it's actions.....dont know about the effectiveness of it thou.

Thats a LARGE cycle for your 1st. You dont need nearly that amount for gains.

You aren't gonna need that much for your first time. Stick with 500mg Test E weeks 1-10 and 30mg dbol weeks 1-4. Why haven't you given your stats?

i wanna hit 165-170Lbs bulk weight with 155-160lbs lean when i cut in the spring

Out of all the research Ive done (and Ive done a shit load) its said that one should run EQ for more than 10 weeks. I really like the idea slow compact muscle that EQ offers so Im running it a few weeks earlier b/c I only have 10 weeks of test. The d-bol is to kick start the test and the t bol is to add to the slow yet solid dry gains associated with EQ and help possibly with the bloat of the test at trhe end of the cycle. Didnt want to get to hard on my joints with the winny. Plus Im using low doses of D-bol to try and limit warter retention.

Hmmm.......interesting theory.

Do yourself a favor, run the test 10wks by its self. Save the other
goodies for a later time......:rolleyes:

If your running it for 15 weeks just add a week and try the EQ. It seems slow at first but if you eat right it will add mass to you that you wont lose till you screw up your diet or training like me. I didn lose a pound after my cycle for 4-5 months. I know this board loves test, as it is king :), but EQ doesnt have such an effect on your endocrine system and I seen three guys, me + workout partners (over 40 yrs old), gain no less that 15-20 lbs lean mass. The older partners did better than me in the gains.

dude....with all due respect and dont take this the wrong way...

I don't know why you feel qualified to offer up cycle advice at your height / weight. Reading about AAS and repeating what you read, or watching someone else and talking about their experience does not equal experiencing it yourself.

Y would i run it for one week when it takes like 17 -21 days to even start working.

I think im gonna go with the 10 Wks test idea but i Really would like the help of the EQ's increased appetite. Being a shorter individual i find it hard to consume that many calories throughout the day. what you think

if you need help with the increased appetite than you can try some b12. ive never seen anybody sweat all the negative sides like this before. run the freaking test and eat like hell, youll live.

No disrespect taken and I hope you dont feel disrespected by me.

I dont give advice on anything except EQ, fat loss exercises or if someone was going to try to workout like a fighter. If I mention something else it has already been said or is in the information you and the other experienced members mandate newbs to read. If it is wrong or irrelevant then there is no need to read it or mandate it's reading when newbs post questions on the boards. I've been in this position on these boards before and my height/weight has little relevance to my knowledge it is merely a physical measurement. As I have mentioned and will again I'm not a bodybuilder or powerlifter I am athletic. I am not looking to get over 200 lbs but to be the best damned 180 lbs I can someday.

I've done EQ, researched EQ and have been around several others doing EQ, and other who have done EQ multiple times. Read back thru my post I dont give advice on anything but EQ and that I dont think everything revolves around test. It was already said on here that the oldies didnt even use test to get where they were. I dont and wont give advice on anything but EQ.

I lost my weight because my epilepsy flared up and I was having several seizures a day for a couple months and got hospitalized twice. I went from @ 150-155 to @ 170-175 when this board told me I was all fucked up last time and was wasting my time. I would still weight that or more had I not started flopping like a fish. Would you get under a bar if you were having seizures everyday?

I didnt say to do it for a single week. I said if you are doing it for 15 weeks add a week, ie a 16 week cycle of EQ.

I'll see everyone in the general threads I'm not going thru this again. .
