previous was
super test and deca 1.5 yr ago
been back into it for 1 yr now and keen for next cycle.
a mate had an injury and sold me his gear he had ready .
40ml Arimidex (Liquidex)
60ml Testosterone Enanthate
40 ml EQ
what do you recommend ?

I think you shouldnt cycle till you lower that body fat to 15% or lower. The lower the BF% before you cycle the more you can eat, also with a BF% that high, your more prone to estrogen related sides.

Micknort, I'll give you a different opinion. Most people dont get any estrogen related sides from roids, even if they are fatasses like I was. If you do start getting itchy nipples,or whatever, thats where the arimidex comes in. You can diet and cut with test and equipoise, I know cause I cut from 310 lbs to 270 lbs on test and dbol, which most said couldnt be done. The testosterone et al help me keep my size and strength while dieting real good. Lots of superheavyweight powerlifters are 15%
If I would have had to get down to 10% before I started, I still be waiting to start probably.

i will run the test e at 500mg/pw split for 15 weeks
i will run the eq at 400mg/pw split pins for 13 weeks
i will hit PCT 2 weeks after last test e pin.
ive booked a personal trainer and nutritionist to help with the main aspects to get it right.

sup guys.
just did first pin of my cycle and have the PT here in an hour so keen as.
ive stumbled over 40ml of tbol at 25mg/ml what dose will i hit this and time lines is recommended?
25mg/day morning? in creatine drink 40 before training ?

well it went really good
my BF% was a bit off im actually 14.9% i shouldn't listen to mates lol.
it works out my LBM is 68kgs.
i think i might do a log of my cycle, training and diet.
Im going for a lean mass gain cycle so not heaps of cals but high protien, similar carbs and low fat.

well better chime back with a 7 week update
started at
80kg - 82.5kg
14.9%bf - 13%bf
thats where im at at week 7 out of my 14 weeks cycle so im pretty happy thus far, i ended up one minor back strain week off and a virus for a week but still trained light.
6 weeks to go now thinking of upping test to 750mg per week .... thoughts ?

sorry i dont want to do the math what is your stats in pounds?
man it sucks when you get sick on cycle, i got sick weeks 5,7,8,10. got to be careful about those strains too. i always seem to pull something new and a muscle i didnt even know i had each week lol, luckly not to bad.
ive been running test e 500mg for about 7 weeks also and im not feeling it as good as i would like, i decided to run a extra ml of sust250 to the end of my cycle. ill tell you what you can really feel the short esters kick in when i hit the gym now. upping the test e is going to take another 4 weeks to kick in. keep us posted how it works out for you

80kg = 176pnd
82.5 =181.5
83.5 = 183.7 pnds now
so almost 8 pnd in 8 weeks now. would i benifit from adding in sus250 for the last 5 weeks or just wasting gear ?
plz chime in some experts running outa days ..

IMO this is not solid advice. Just dropping some adex or nolva into a cycle to combat gyno symptoms and thinking its that simple sends the wrong message.
And most people who weigh 310 lbs and cycle with dbol and test would not end up 40 lbs lighter. Not many members here are superweight powerlifters either, most are gym rats like me who work full time and bust their ass in the gym hoping to put on mass with definition.
Not to take away from what you say, and if you dropped 40 lbs on cycle or off cycle then that deserves a tip of the hat and then some. But please remember that IMO most people would not have had the same results, and as a general rule the higher the bf% the less successful a cycle will be, and the greater chance of sides.

Mick, glad your enjoying your cycle. I will however advise against upping the test, your levels are already thru the roof (probably around 4000) adding more test is just going to be a waste. I think you need to up your calories by about 1000. 7lbs is on the lower side of gains.....

its just nice to actually feel the test when you try sust. anyway i agree with that, im having the hardest time eating above 3500 calories a day. i ordered the apetite stimulator from synthetek so hopefully it makes it easier to get my intake up.

update now
ok so im at week 10 almost and im going to run the cycle for 14 weeks as i have enough gear.
ive started eating more as per previous advice and now im at 86kgs (190 ish)
so thats 6kg (13 pounds ) at 10 weeks gain and lost 3.5%bf
ive added in for the last 4 week the vpx no shotgun and synthasize as my creatine and bcaa intakes plus its really got me amped up when i train now, before i was yawning heaps and no real rip the weights a part attitude, but i do now ....
