Hi again, am about to start my cutting cycle, and would like to know how to work my normal rate of calorie burn (moderately active), and how much you guys recommend in deficit (both in diet and cardio) to lose fat without depleting muscle.
I am on anav, will start winny in two weeks(for 6 weeks) and have clen and t3 alternating every two weeks. I have a pct for 4 weeks planned (is it possible to be TOO cautious with pct)
I am 5'11, 175lbs, about 18% bf, and have a resting hr of 66.

A poster said I should multiply my lb mass by ten, and then subtract from there....assuming I burn 500 from cardio and 300 from diet, that would leave me very very deficient in calories??????????????????
