Hey what do you guys think about a test prop short cycle (3 week) for a first cycle, besides the fact that you have to pin EOD? My goal would be to gain strength and 10-15 pounds of lean mass, while minimizing HPTA shut down. Im thinking like 2 of these cycles back to back would yield similar results to the 10 week Test E cycle. I've seen alot of people say they LOVE prop, so there's got be something good going on. Also, would there be a need to run an AI like arimidex during this cycle, being that it is such a short period of time? I would think so, but it was never mentioned in any of the posts that I read about the short cycles. Thanks guys.

i love prop... but 10-15 lbs of lean mass from 3 weeks is unheard of unless your doing 3g a week.... lol... sorry bro.
also, 15% body fat is too high :(

Are you having money trouble or something? The only thing that will get you that much size in that ammount of time would be implants. All joking aside, you should just save up and do a longer run. Your first time should be memorable. Get the most out of your first cycle is what I mean. Take care.

No, no trouble, just the short cycle sounded pretty sweet. Yea, I guess I was a little unrealistic with those gains, haha. Ok, so if I ran arimidex all throughout to avoid gyno, would It be possible to keep 10 pounds of lean mass on a 12 week test E cycle?

If I were you, I would diet down and take supplements. How long have you been training and how tall are you?

Im 5'11, and I've been training off and on for six years, hard for three. So what would be a good bf% to start with then? Keeping in mind that I'm not a bodybuilder, I'm a powerlifter. I thought 15% was like the average for an athletic male?

And your wanting to be average?
I don't know about you but the reason I started training was NOT to be average
