View Full Version : my situation and cycle decisions...

I'm 6'3-215lbs-23yrs old. my goal is to weigh about 225LBS lean. However, my legs are so skinny i think. i had reconstructive knee surgery done and ever since then i have to be real careful with what i do because it can hurt sometimes pretty bad. For example, i always know when it's going to rain before it even comes because my knee will ache. i just want about 7-10 more lbs on upper body, and gain a lot more in my legs. i took the 10 week sustamed 250 (500mg a week) and got great results, so i was just going to to that again. However, i was thinking about throwing some EQ in there for my joints, because i do have some shoulder pains as well sometimes, not to mention the gains i would get from that too. I want to make this a for sure--safe-- good cycle because this could be my last one if it is. that's right I'll be saying goodbye to AAS, haha i wasn't here for very long anyhow. These are some options that I've looked up/searched and are considering

1)
sustamed 250 bi weekly to = 500mg 1-12
EQ 400mg a week 1-10
T3/clen week 1-6
OR winny 50mg EOD

2)
sustamed 250 bi weekly to = 500mg 1-10
T-Bol 40-50mgs ED week 1-6
T3/clen week 1-6
OR winny 50mg EOD

3)
sustamed 250 bi weekly to = 500mg 1-10
T3/clen week 1-6
OR winny 50mg EOD

the reason i am debating between the T3/clen is for 2 reason. i don't want to have anymore problems with my joints (winny), however i don't know if i'm already to lean for T3/clen. I don't know my bf% but i'm thinking kind of low. ALSO, if i did go with the orals could i move them to the last 6 weeks of my cycle instead of the first 6 weeks? It seems to make much more sense to throw them at the last 6 weeks of the cycle to harden up ya know...?? i understand the kick start of t-bol, but the sust hit me fast enough and would rather just stack the t-bol on as a little extra strength and for the hardening up/shred out look. same goes for the clen/T3 OR winny--just use it on the last 6 weeks.

No reason do even do the cycle if your gonna stop using AAS in my opinion, just eat and gain naturally my friend

Big bump...

If you choose to go the route of AAS, I would choose Deca over EQ for your joints bro. Winny would be the worst idea in the world for you, it dries the fuck out of most people's joints.

Sust weeks 1-14 at 500mg
Deca weeks 1-12 at 400mg
and Tbol weeks 1-6 at 50mg ED

This will put on some nice real nice size.

As far as your legs...instead of doing squats, try a hack squat machine or something with a platform, that should help.

Hit it hard 2x a week ex. Mon, Fri....

STRETCH THAT KNEE OUT!!!!!

damm... everything hurts on me LOL... bump the eq and deca, eat lots of jello also. go light but high reps till your tendons get use to work.

for squats instead of the 4-6 backbreakers go for the 20-30 rep killers, all i do for legs is one heavy set of 4-6 then a 20repper kills me every time, bump the hack squats

Run HGH for 6 months or a year, heal all your joints aches and pain!

ok i'll try that for my legs. i got in a bad motorcycle accident and it tore my knee all up. as far as AAS i only wanted to use them to get to my goal. i play sports and stuff and still want to be mobile. nothing really bigger then 230 solid, so continuing AAS wouldn't be necessary for me. the reason i started them is because i couldn't gain anything lean over 205lbs...i've been stuck there for about 2 years...AAS got me over that long as plateau. Before i even considered AAS i changed my work outs and diets.

Dtown--what about the clen/T3?? i would like something to just completely shred me out for the end of the cycle. Also, just a thought, could i use provimed as part of my PCT--that will also aid to the shred out.
