I have done up to 3cc's of Deca, Test, EQ mix in one spot, but work your way up. All bodies are different. You should be perfectly fine with 2ccs. What I usually do is start with the pin all the way in, then pull it out 1/3 after the first cc, and shoot the next cc etc.

in glute i would use 1½" and 21/23 G, but i dont push in all the way i hold my thumb and indexfinger around the needle so you cant go all the way in, then aspiration then inject and pull a little out with 2. ml like Kaiser does... the reason for the "not all the way in" method is cuz if i (unlikely) hit a nerve and muscle tighten i might break the needle and it is easy to get out if you got a couple of millimeters to pull it out with.... but i only heard of ppl hitting nerves rarely when they dont know where to inject in glute and do it closer to the middle...

1. put heating towel in microwave 1 minute.
2. apply heated heatingtowel on butt
3. when your ass starts to warm up, e. the fat and the muscle is hot, remove towel.
4. rub your butt
5. insert needle slowly
6. inject really really slowly


Fat and muscle gets much easier when you rub it hot, or apply heating towel, remember, you are shooting oil . . .. the colder it is, the thicker it gets, and if you inject warmed oil into cold butt, it will get cold within 1 second.

So, for a smoother and easier injection ? .. don´t just warm up your ampule/shot/syringe ... warm your butt rather

My friend shoots 4 cc in glutes, he usually spends about 30 min in the sauna/steamroom first to get his bodytemp up about 1-2 celsius and says that it is most easy way to inject such amount.

Who heats the pin? If you are heating the syringe under hot tap water there is no way sterility is an issue.

I think you will do best with 1cc in different areas, though I often inject 3cc in one area with no problems.

Just run the hot water over ther syringe part with the cover on the pin, right?

Same as 1cc. Soreness, redness, bump, and on rare occasion infection due to user.

I don't really think that 2cc will disipate and "cool down" in that amount of time. I would use at least 4 injection sites for 2cc.

oki tell me what would be best then... doing the 2cc shot in like one cheek, then next shot 3days after in other cheek.... then 3days after do left thigh... 3days after right thigh? and then go back to the first asscheek?^

have to do hcg as well... 250iu twice a wk but i could just do that in the opposite of the 2cc shot right??

im a newb, just took my first shot of 2cc in the glute. i keep the testE at room temp, and i took a hot shower just before, with a 20g needle i barely felt a thing, and im not sore at all. thanks for the advice in this thread about warming your butt and the test, without that info im sure it would have been a lot more painful than it needed to be.

have to do hcg as well... 250iu twice a wk but i could just do that in the opposite of the 2cc shot right??Are you using a slin pin for the HCG? If so, I just put mine in one of my forearm muscles (1/10th cc). No need to use some 20g canon for the HCG...

Also, at 20g, that oil will flow just fine at room temp. Just rotate quads, glutes, delts. That right there is like 8 places or more.

Couple months you'll be in a hurry and you'll give yourself one right through your sweatpants...
