what is a good dosage for this product?

1ml per 55lbs (20kg) of bodyweight. So if you weigh 220lbs (100kg) you need 4ml/day.

Syntheselen/Synthetine . i had a question does this stuff really work cause i need to cut fat and was wondering if i used this to dilute some supertest"cause it's ruff going in" .
