EOD vs. 3x EW pinning

For those of you who only use rapid acting stuff... do you go EOD or 3x per week? I finished my recent cycle with EOD pinning of Prop... but didn't quite like the scheduling. You end up pinning on different days each week because there are 7 days per week, not an even number of days. I kept having to think... "when did I last pin?"

My next cycle of Prop and NPP will be Sun/Tues/Fri pinning (start 100mg each pin and adjust as needed), with hCG pinning Tues/Fri (250 IU each pin). Feels much more structured and easy to remember, as opposed to having to keep a calender.

The only concern is a partial crash between the 2nd and 3rd pin each week, since I'm waiting an extra day. But I doubt that one extra day will make a difference in how I feel.

Experiences?

i would stick to eod more stable less sides or just half the dose and go ed

Never tried 1 time per week. Just going off the famous "Dr. Swale" protocol of 2x per week. LH is naturally pulsatile, so the more frequent HCG injection the more it mimics the natural endocrine system. I heard a rumor that Jay Cutler goes 60 IU every day.

Good advice,,I agree. EOD with TEST PROP and NPP is fine.

I don't have that much past experience to draw from, but in my first cycle I took HCG at 500 IU every 5 days and in the second I went with 200 IU every other day.

PCT was the same for both cycles, nolva and clomid, but I felt like I recovered faster on the second cycle even though it was a heavier and longer cycle then the first.

Next time around I think I will try 100 IU every day and see how that works out.
