Start showering 2x per day, and always shower immediately after you train or do anything that causes you to sweat. Also, after you train, if you don't shower at the gym, go ahead and put on a clean dry shirt for the ride home before you shower.
Other things that help are tanning because it keeps your skin dry and swimming because of the chlorine in the pool.
As for drugs, Accutane and Retin-A are out there, but if you do all these other things first you should get by just fine.

Yup, showering twice a day, as well as using an Oxy 10% bar has cleared up 90% of my problem. By the way, Acutane is hard on the liver and requires frequent enzyme checks.
For a great acne solution try this scrub. I've used it for a few months and really like it. The company who makes it will be advertising soon here at Alinboard with a banner. Contacts for acne wash:

My wife gets me straight up salycilic acid. I forget who makes it, but after you scrub with plat lab stuff use it. And always remember after you shower your pours are open from the warm water, with them that open they are succesptible to bacteria. Wash your face with cold water after scrubbing or shaving to close the pours back up. You can do the same with your shoulders and back. I put a cold washcloth on them. When I dry I put the salycilic acid on the zit and let it dry. It works very well.
