im thinking of doing the 8 week mens bulking cycle which is posted on his web site but there is one item im not sure about. hcg, how do i measure an international unit,and do i inject it as normal like in the butt etc any help will be appreciated

depending on what dose you have. if you have 5000 IU then when you mix it together that will be 5000 IU's. if you want to inject 500IU then only inject 1/10 of waht is in the syringe. yes just inject in a muscle.

so its a bit of a guess when working out 1 10th of 5000iu and does the rest of the stuff left behind just sit in a cool place till i use it again in 4-5 days later

It doesn't have to be a guess if you measure the amount of solvent you use. That's why I like the 2000iu amps... you just add a little less than 1 cc of solvent and you have an almost exact 200iu/0.1 ml solution.
