View Full Version : Need help on cutting cycle

Hi guys i wanted to turn to you for an advice on cutting cycle...i had in mind "8 week mens cutting cycle" but i dont know if that would work for me or should i go different route. I have worked out for quite some time now and i made some nice progress since september last year...i'm 22 years old and 6' 5'' 285lbs i havent measured my bf but so i couldnt tell you. I have some unwanted fat that i want to get rid of and i'm having very hard time doing so. I have done some dbol few months ago actually it worked for me i did 5weeks of it and i got decent results out of it but right now i just want to get leaner. I got my diet in line i'm eating very lean food right now but still i dont think i'm making progress that i should. Any help would be greately appreciated.

i dont know what the 8 week mens cutting cycle is and dont want to look it up, please write down what it is. i think depending on your bodyfat you could go a few different routes, so if you could give us an estimate that would help us out. thanks

Here is the cycle:

WEEKS 1- 6: Winstrol 50mg Every Other Day
WEEKS 1- 6: Trenabol 75mg Every Other Day
WEEKS 1- 6: Cytomel(T3)50-75mcg Every Day
WEEKS 1- 8: Testosterone Propionate 50mg Every Other Day

WEEKS 1- 8: Pregnyl ( HCG) 300-500iu Every 4-5 days
WEEKS 1-10: Clenbuterol 80-100mcg 14 days ON, 14 days OFF
WEEKS 1-10: Arimidex 0.25mg Every day

WEEK 8: 40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 9: 30mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day
WEEK 10: 20mg Nolva/ 50mg Clomid Every Day

If you're not making progress now then you need to re-examine your diet and training...gear is helpfull, but it shouldn't be veiwed as the cure all.

thanks bigworm. IMO this 8 week cycle is best used when you need to loose those last pounds to get shredded. like arnold said, i would re-write out my diet, try to cut out as much as fat as possible, stay away from carbs after 6-7pm (this is the hardest part IMO) but it works, try and keep protein high to retain muscle. once your abs start coming out then i would consider this cycle. i dont know how well it would work but i just thought about it, tbol and clen/t3 cycle. tbol to help maintain muscle, gain stength and clenbuterol and t3 to burn fat but you must still stick with the diet and cardio or some other sport besides weight training.

Thanks for the replys guys....Well i know i need some more improvement on my diet....and i need to rephrase myself on the progress...i'm making progress deff but i feel not as good as i should. I got the carbs in line and fat...however i'm trying to keep my protein up so i dont loose any muscle. As far as workout i do an hour of cardio 6 times a week and i do my weight lifting 5x a week...like i have been going like this for past 8 months so i was just thinking if there is anything to help me out to drop another 20 or so lbs in next month because that would make a huge difference for me.

If you're not already, you should try cycling your carb intake. If you stay on the exact same diet for days on end, then your body will adjust and make losing weight very difficult. Try keeping your carbs low for 3 days and on the 4th day have a high carb day...just make sure the carbs are "good" carbs and you might also lower your fat intake on this high carb day. Dieting like this will keep your body from getting stale and prevent your metabolism from slowing down.

I see that makes sense...i'm just one of those easy gainers and i cant drop a lb of fat if my life depended on it...i mean i gained good 15lbs of solid muscle in 5weeks just off of dbol...but i'm gona try that and see how it works out for me.

You might just need a more strict regim of diet and cardio/workout. Dude, Iam not sure if you are ready for the EO :cool: D inject. plus. You didn't give your previous exp. and stats!???

I am in week 3 of the 8 week men's cutting cycle. I was about 15% BF and about 220 lbs. Now my abs are starting to show and my weight is 212 lbs. My diet is very simple: 250-300 grams of protien, about 150 grams of good carbs and about 30-40 grams of fat mostly from flax oil. I lift 5 days on and 2 off with a rep range of 12 to 15 one body part daily and cardio 3 days per week for about 20 mins. Good luck, hope this helps.
P.S. The ED injections are the hardest part.

maybe it is just me but tren ace is a little strong for ur fist cycle dont u think..

why not some EQ or t bol, anavar, primo... clen and tren r to strong for ur fist cycle..DIET is the most important

Thanks alot guys....yeah i think i'm gonna go something lighter then but deff diet is the key and i'm deff improving on that.
