Kaiser,
Thanks for all of your help and input :) I will probably try Alin's T3 in the future, I am just a little scared about it. I don't know as much about orals, especially T3! When ever I do more research and decide if I want to try it, I will definately get it from Alin and probably bother you a little bit on how I should take it. But I really do appreciate your helpful imput

Yes, those words I like to hear. Don't ever jump into anything. Plan it out man, cause it's your life to live. T3 and Clen can both cause damage. Use them responsibly like I see you have been.

Kaiser, have read lots of threads warning of the dangers of t3 and clen on some other sites....and have to admit to being a little nervous about taking it now. I would like to set out my planned cycle below, and perhaps you and the rest of the forum can comment. I have NO qualms about doing it the correct way ONLY, and want to protect my self as much as possible. I am very very fond of my liver, and my other organs, and although I understand the road I am going to travel will put excessive strain on them, I am happy to take as much protective stuff as need to reman safe. Tat gave me some great advice on the amounts to take and time (which I have extended just a little), but I am not sure as a newbie if it is too much.......

I am also unsure if a poster was correct in the assesment of normal daily calorie requirements being 10 times your body mass.......

It goes without saying that DIET and Cardio will be vital to the success, and I would like to limit my risks as much as possible

Here goes.....

The cycle
Week 1-8 (paperVar) 50mg every day(doses split)
Week 3-8 (paperStrol) 50mg every day(doses split)

Week 1-2 , 5-6, 9-10 ag's T3 (PLEASE ADVISE CONSERVATIVE DOSES)
Week 3-4 , 7-8, 11-12 ag's Clen ( "" "" "" )

The PCT stuff
Week 1-10 paperNol (20mg every day)
Week 9, 10 and 11 PaperClo ( going 100 ed, then 50 and 50)

The protection
Week 1-9, synthersine liver protector 2ml AM and 2ml PM
Milk thistle 250mg, 3 times daily

I also have some fatty shit on my chest which may have being from some juice when I was a stoopid ill informed youngster nearly ten years ago ( ), and have ordered som ag's a-dex. Will taking some of this during my cycle reduce this? If so, how much?

Is there anything else anybody would recommend adding, or changing to this proposed cycle.......

Thanks guys, I have to say reading the posts here is an eye-opener, and it is good to see people actually give a shit! :)

PS Alin, please excuse me for not ordering from you. I shall definately do so in the future...But living in a foreign land at the moment, and facing deportation at the best, and being shot at the worst( only joking, I think!!), I want to see how easy the postal system is.........however, I must congratulate you on an outstanding site, with excellent advice :D, and all going well, look forward to doing business in the future

i havnt used the paper gear myself but a mate has.he did get some gains but nothing like using genuine products.
he always trains well so it could have been down to his diet, who knows?
i would just feel better knowing exactly what i was taking. IMHO.

Granted, Ian but then how do we ever know what we are taking? As someone new, I cant think of any other avenue but to trust what is written by those with much more experience....
and until I have gained that experience, I am unwilling to just try ad-hoc, and botch it up completely.....

I am hoping that the reviews for the products i have decided to go with (and for no other reason save for a little trepidation being unsure of the postal set-up here) have been sound and honest. From what I have gathered here, and the general vibe I get, is if something is crap, somebody is going let me know.....

Well that is my fervent hope..... :D
Thanks ace :)
