Total vs. "free" test levels

Paid the extra 50 bucks this time to get my test levels measured along with the standard blood work.

test: 4234 (ha!)
free: 0.9%

In the middle of a cycle of 1g cyp and 400mg deca per week. Not sure what I expected for the total test level, but seems about right. Free level is on the very low end of normal.

Can anything be done to raise the free level % for the same level of total?

So what we have here is a steroid which can basically make other steroids more effective by preventing their conversion into estrogen, as well as increasing the amount of circulating free testosterone in your body.
