SO I bought an ipod the other day. I got one of those workout arm bands so I can wear it while I Train and MAN! Its amazing what a difference some good pump up music makes while training! The gym I go to tends to play 80’s classic soft rock which fuckin pisses me off. How the fuck am I supposed to kill it when Elton John is whinning in the back ground? (I mean sure theres a time and place for that type of music, but not when im trying to push my body to the physical edge) But now that im in my own ipod hard rock world, I’ve been hitting it a lot hard and longer. Whoever woulda thought that adding an ipod to my stack woulda been so bennifical haha. Anybody feel me on this one?

I like listening to my own music too, but I fuckin hate the damn cord it. It seems to be more annoying than good.

Man that is the one complaint I have. Wireless head phone would be cool. Fact they're probably out there but cost a million bucks. My arm band has a cool thing for the cord to go through that helps, but still sometimes the cord fucks up a rep

That's very important when working out. If not for the music I would fall asleep!!!! AC-DC, Def Leppard, Van Halen!!!!!!!
