site bruising, what helps it go away?

I got two very noticable, very dark bruises on my tri from injecting winstrol. They dont hurt but look like hell on my light ass skin. Going on two weeks and still there. I stopped injecting there of coarse.

You guys know of any stuff that will help these spots go away? Im going to the beach in a week and I really dont want to sport these roid marks around with me.
