best method for pinning

Just out of curiosity if pinning eq and test c twice a week is it best to do them both on the same day or one on one day and one the next day. Might not even matter just curious if it is more effective one way another.

sounds good to me guess ive been poking myself more than needed. Didnt know that you could do both in the same pin. This will make things much easier. What is the max cc's for one pin isnt it around 3.

Yea 3ml is the most you can really pin Porbably do more but only in glutes but you may waste some.

Yes you can put them in the same pin. Just for future refrence you can put oil based gear all in one pin and water based gear in one but do not mix water and oil in one pin.

You can do them both the same day and even combine in same injection.

All oil based substances can be injected together. Only thing is depending on your body type most guys prefer 2ml maximum (1ml + 1ml) in most spots and in the glutes up to 3ml.

Yea he is right 2 ml everywhere 3 in glutes I said 3 because that's what I can do but not everyone can or wants to put 3 any where else then glutes you should start out with 2 like BB said.
