Last cycle finished April 1st
dbol 40 mg 1-4
400 mg decca 1-10
100mg prop ED 1-12
50 mg winni tabs 6-12
PCT
I was very pleased with the results, shedded 10ibs (195 to 185)did not think I had that much water / fat :D . I have a start of a six pack which I never thought I could obtain and now Im not going to loose what I have work so hard at.

If you don't mind what was the diet and workout. would also like to shred the fuck out of myself, Starting a week ago. Have everything I think.

The cycle you have laid out looks very good in my eyes. Looks like you've done you homework and have knowledge of the sport. I wouldn't change a thing. Nice running the Winny past week 12. Gives you the added benefit of taking more advantage of the anti-Es Winny has to make PCT even smoother. I'm sure you calculated that in there on purpose that way because like I said you seem to know what you are doing here. Good luck with your cycle man.

I wont be doing that again that's for sure ..it got a little old after a while felt like a f@#$kin pin cushion. If you ever got a tattoo after the 5th hour it's like the dentist drilling your teeth.

Thanks and yes I did calculate the winny through PCT. I will save the tren for another day ...

Work out for 12 weeks also mixed it up every 4 weeks i.e. flat bench press with straight bar to dumbell bech press. I did not want to over train so on Tue and Thurs if I felt good I would throw in chest or shoulders or ars etc.

chest / tri
300 -500 sit ups
Tue
cardio 30 minutes 3.0 incline to max no running
Legs
300 -500 sit ups
Wed
back
bi
300 -500 sit ups
Thur
cardio 30 minutes 3.0 incline to max no running
Legs
300 -500 sit ups
Fri
shoulder
Traps
300 -500 sit ups
Sat/Sun REST REST SLEEP SLEEP
Diet
Was running around 4800 cal before cycle dropped down to 2500 cal. Eat clean and I mean clean through the week and Sat and Sun was free of course within reason. Five meals a day let me put it together and I will PM you

The only thing I would recommend is to use tbol rather than dbol becuase you said that you did not want to much water. I commend you as well on using the winny the way you are planning. You are letting the longer esters get of out of your system to start your pct while having winny still provide something just up to pct time. Great job on your cycle bro.

Another good idea if you feel like it. I do know people look forward to the quick pump the dbol gives however. I front load my deca cycles with durabolin for the first couple of weeks for a quick active agent so that I stay native with nandralone and moves seemlessly into deca. But it is more expensive.

I thought you weren't doing Deca this time. Well anyway, if you decide the next time to do it you won't need to font load with prop, you already have prop in your sustanon. You would just do the same amount of durabolin a week as you are deca shooting it every day instead of 2x a week. I have even shot EOD and not noticed to much of a lag in between with Durabolin. But I do swear by the stuff. You burn a joint or muscle, durabolin kicks in over night and ahhhh, you're ok again OVERNIGHT. You just need to make sure it is not a serious injury or it will just mask the pain and you could injure yourself more. Balancing act I guess, but like I said, I keep it around all of the time because I am 35, and the mileage is starting to take it's toll. I find alot of people forget about this one, or don't want to spend the money because it is expensive, but, let me tell you it's heaven sent when you're overly sore or need to power lift the next day. Hehe, now this is going to seem a little childish, but I have to be honest, for vacation when you want to drink a little without getting a hangover AT ALL and want to stay lean, this stuff works wonders... But you didn't hear that from me... I don't know what you're talking about :D

I have Deca on hand so I was flipping back and forth. I will stick with the EQ for this one ..never done EQ. I hear ya Im 45 now and getting a little sluggish, I will give it a try next round
