im thinking about doing a 10 week test 400mg cycle with no nolva but instead replacing it with arimidex? what you guys think? (my nolva and dbol got seized)

You will probably be fine even without the arimidex at that dose unless your nipples get tickly. A little circulating estrogen helps strength and mass, which is why I usually just let the test aromatize unless I notice problems, which the arimedex will clear up quickly. Good luck.

That's on the lower dosage level so you should be fine running it without any AI unless you're prone to gyno. Still get nolva for PCT though.

Been liftin since I was 14
Done 2 cycles before. Test deca and winstrol.
Goals are too bulk up and lose bf.
MATE you have to decide whether you want to bulk up gain muscle or take a anti-catabolic and strip some fat with t-3 or clen or hgh and an oral like turinabol,Mass i would use test/dbol and hcg small shots threwout my cycle no nolva or arimi,Because you need estrogen for bulking up and strength imo..

You are on the safe side. No worry. Arimedex is much superior than nolva anyways.

Your 5'9 and 236 lbs. You do not need any kind of cycle more then this thing called, a good clean meal plan. Lift for toning purposes, lots and i mean lots of High intensity cardio= well start slow and work your way up. high protein and lower on the carbs. Stick with the white meats, chicken, turkey, fish. And for your carbs fruits and veggies, and brown rice. If you stick something like that with your meals being 6 meals a day spread out ever 3 to 4 hours, with protein shakes as your snacks. In 3 to 4 months with that, you should look stacked like a brick house. This is a nicer post then what many of the wise men who will read this are going to reply with. But sounds like you should worry about the diet and dropping weight right now before you think about pinning. At those stats you can fuck yourself up big time, and you wont really see any results.
