Now as far as pictures go ... I formatted my comp a few weeks ago because it was dead and my pictures from before are gone. I'll take some now and just compare those to after all is done, although I must say the quality of the pictures is really bad, but well ... it will give you an idea then I suppose, so sorry for that ...

Now as for my progress ... I'm in week 7, D-bol 6 weeks are done, my strenght is crazy. I'm training DC style and every training to no surprise I beat the shit outta my logbook :). Im even doing some excercises at the heaviest so I need to figure out new ones, which kinda sucks but well ...

People as usual are seeing the growth and wondering wtf im doing including my family and co-workers, but hey ... I just tell em food, training and discipline ;)

I did gain some fat in my belly area which pisses me off, I altered my diet a little because of that (less carbs and fat). And I will up my cardio to 3 x a week walking for 40 minutes. I hope to steady it that way. It's been so hot here the past 2 weeks that cardio is killing me, they got no airco or w/e at my gym and its hot as hell in there. So I decided to not do any cardio at all, bad choice ... But seriously, I will get a heart attack if I do it :p

I gained 14 lbs so far. My back and shoulders are good. I'm focussing on my chest and biceps. My biceps seem to be going ok for now (compared to before) but my (upper)chest still is behind, so Im inclining my ass off :D. Hopefull it will catch up ... long way to go, but it's going nicely. No sides at all (apart ofcourse for the little acne on my back), no moodswings, horny as hell, no injection troubles, so all is great tbh.

That's it, just a quick recap of my cycle progress. Yesterday was my b-day, so I ordered some Syntherol (50% off) and I will try that on my biceps when my cycle ends ... Hopefully that will help as well to make my biceps bigger.

P.S. ... any tips from the big guys on chest development and biceps ... im all ears, although I doubts its something I DIDNT read before hehe ... Not much seem to help in these areas for me, although like I said, biceps are starting to show up.

Way to go Willie! I noticed on your cycle description you used D-bol 35/d w1-6. How did you dose that 35d? All at once in the morning? or spread out through out the day 5mg every couple of hours? or maybe some in the morning and some before your workout? Many variations.

Nice going! On Chest and Biceps as most movements, I don't concentrate on the weight but rather on the form and execute the movements really slow with max contraction and a good stretch. That really seems to work wonders for me! I might not get that strong compared to other guys but I get the size and shape and I don't risk the injuries.

I spread it out evenly during the day to keep my bloodlevels as stable as possible. I bumped my dose to 50/day in the last 2 weeks. Didn't experience any sides from that, so maybe in future cycles I will use 50/day.

What types of routines are you doing for CHEST and BICEPS?

I train DC style. I start Chest with dumbbells inclines, rest-pause set of ~15 reps. Followed by a 1 set of flyes, around 15-20 reps. Then stretches. Next Chest workout, I do Flat press dumbbells, and flyes. Next after that, Smith Inclines, also followed by flyes. I alter flyes as well, incline 1 dqay, flat the next.

For Biceps I do Preacher curls 1 day, ez drag curl the other and incline dumbbells curls the next. Followed by alternated dumbbells curls. The first exercise I do rest-pause 15-20 reps, the 2nd i do 1 set of 15-20 reps and I always do a 3rd forearm exercise after it (pinwheel, hammer) also 1 set of about 15 reps. Stretches afterwards.

Oh, and shave your pits, damnit, you are a bodybuilder, no??:D

Have you tried drop sets on your biceps? They are extremely effective for tearing the muscle to shreds. I am not one of the big guys on this board but I have had easy growth in my arms due to a buddy showing me how effective these can be. Go 3 or 4 different weights, only breaking long enough to grab the next weights. You can use dumbells or free weights. The last set should be 5's. (Yes, I said 5's) Those tiny little freeweights should be incredibly hard to lift and should feel like boulders. If they do not, you did not do a proper drop set. Arnold used these to get that extra crest on his bi.

Great work on the progress! Looking real solid in those pics...

I can tell you are not doing wide grips with your bicep routine... I neglected this for a long time as it gave my wrist discomfort at first... but I trained with thym43 for a month and he showed me some small adjustments and now, though I have only gained 1/2" everyone says my arms look so much better....

lol ya ... I been REALLY lazy in the shaving department. I dont even bother with my facial hair often lol. It's such a bitch ...

Indeed I dont do the wide grips. Thx for the tip. Ill try that out.

You should be on gear DURING Syntherol and after it. Otherwise, how are you going to help the muscle grow?

did you end up using syntherol? how did it go?
