Hello everybody, my first post. I must say that it has been very informative, and somewhat daunting reading the posts on this forum. Like most of the new and in-experienced posters, filtering the sheer amount of information is an art in itself, let alone as confusing as anything.
I did juice about 7 years ago, only one little cycle. I have tried to maintain some level of fitness, and have for the last six months,been putting great effort into my training. My current weight is 185lbs, I am 5.11 with a bf of a porky 18%. I am fortunate to be able to train often freedom wise, and being in the restaurant business, have egg whites and tonnes of protien available! I enjoy cardio, and would like an athlectic rather than large build... :cool:
I guess my goals are the best place to start - Body like Brad Pitt, not like Sad Spit! Seriously tho, I would like to reduce bf, be toned and increase my strength. I am NOT after a large build, but I would like a healthy, fit and strong body. I have some serious NO NO's that I would like to avoid due to the nature of my work (chef), so perhaps the contributers to this great forum can give me some advice. I CANT have an increase in aggression and mood swings (being a chef has its moments already!), I dont want to increase my mass by more that 10 lbs, and I dont want to tax my body too heavily.
I would like a short cycle, suited to my goals, and am happy to take as much preventitive items to protect my liver and "little fella!!" as needed. I dont have an aversion to sharp pointy thangs, but would like to keep it to a minimum. From my reading thus far, I am leaning to Equi, Winny and Anavar...BUT I may be way off....... Your valuable advice will be appreciated (and please excuse length of first post :eek: )
I do also like the look of the NO TEST cycle, and the oral ONLY CYCLE, but again, rely on advice :)
