View Full Version : Will i lose too much muscle while cutting with clen?

I just finished bulking i am at like 220-225 and i plan on cutting mind you i have been all natty bulking and my plan is to use anavar at 40mg for 10wks just to try to keep as much muscle as possible. I will be bulking with test e and eq at the end of the summer. My major question is if i throw in say like 80mcg of clen for the first two weeks do you think this would be detrimental to keeping my gains? i eat clean right now i am at 3000cal, 80g fats, 150g carbs, 400g of protein. Most of my fats are good fats and no carbs after my post workout carbs. As always thanks!!!

Clen will actually help you keep muscle. T3 is another story. Just don't overdo the cardio and keep training hard and you shouldn't lose too much muscle. Keep protein high.

Agreed. You shouldn't really lose any significant amount imo.

If protein is to low you will drop muscle faster than you ever thought...Bump on keeping it high. Atleast 250-350g IMO

Agreed with most all of the above...Clen has shown to be anti-catabolic. Keep the diet from becomming catabolic(Anabolic) and you're good to go.

thanx fellas!!! What do you think about my cardio 3-4 time per wk at low intensity like 110-125(not more) bpm and like 30 to 45 minutes and should i change my routines for workout at all i have been throwin in some supersets and drops!
