Thanks to a couple good bros of mine, I have accuired 3 satchets of Alin's stealth npp and 20cc of home brew test prop:D
I know I said I was gonna stay natty for summer, but this lined up so I am going to make a cycle of it.
I plan on injecting 1cc of npp and 1cc of prop eod for 5 weeks or whenever the oil flows no longer. I know most stealth products are overdosed and this is my first run with npp so...
I have cialus, clomid, and nolva on hand for pct and I just ordered liquid arimidex.
So the plan is
100mg Test Prop eod wk1-5
100mg Npp eod wk1-4
.25mg arimidex ed wk 1-5
I am going to really make this a lat and pec building cycle.
I will take before and after pictures.

look u sound like a cool dude. ive read some of your threads. u give some good advice and u seem to know what your talking about but u seem not to be practicing what u preach. by the looks of your pictures your lacking in training and dieting. u need to pick it up this time and really put some sound effort into working out. all the gear in the world is not gonna make u big if u dont put in the work. gear is designed for the extream athlete thats working out 6days a week at least 1hr a day or to failure come hell or high water. this is all of course just my opinion and would really like to see some good pics this time around.

I have been off for two months now. I am giving it a 5 week run.
As for 6 days a week, that is nuts. MWF for me but I am taking it to the extreme with pushing myself to get those last few reps.
And believe me, after the last roasting I had here as SBG, I will make sure to throw some cardio and clen up in the mix this time.
I am hoping to stay dry and avoid excess breast puffiness this go round with the adex.
This is a bulker and I am going to eat heavy foods that my wife cooks with southern tlc:D

What happened to staying natural to next year? Just because you have the gear, doesn't mean you have to put it in your body right away. I think you have an addiction...one day you're gonna wait and work on your diet, training natty and then a week later, it's "I'm starting another cycle." I think you should step back and take an honest look at the consistency of your posts...you might just scare yourself.

My plans are to cycle short esters for 5 weeks then take 8 weeks off and repeat. I hope to build solid gains this way and with good diet and intense training.

OK rather than me bagging you, I am going to ask you to list both diet and training program. From there I am going to give you my best knowledge that 20 years and several thousand training sessions can offer. I still think a solid long term training / eating plan will be more effective than the juice. First goal should be get sub 10 percent naturally.

From there I am going to give you my best knowledge that 20 years and several thousand training sessions can offer. I never really eat the same exact thing every day, but here is a good idea of what I eat on a normal weekday.
Breakfast (6am)
Turkey sausage, eggs, and cheese on wheat toast
Protein shake (2 scoops whey, 1 cup 1%milk, 2 eggs)
Lunch (1130am)
2 tuna salad sandwhiches (solid white albacore, 1%milkfat cottage cheese, boiled egg, miracle whip, relish)
Snack 3(pm)
Cup o noodles with sliced turkey sausage
Dinner
8 oz ribeye or sirloin steak, potatoes or rice, and a green vegtable
or
2 chicken breasts with rice and yams
or
2 tilapia filets with broccoli
After dinner snack- Peanut Butter out the jar and chug more milk:D
Before bed, another protein shake.
Keep in mind that my diet varies but this gives you a good idea. I snack on cereal and pop tarts or sometimes chips at work. I drink coffee and gatorade all day.
As for training...
Monday
Bench Press
Incline Press
Military Press
Dumbell Flies
Dips
Abs
Wednesday
Squats
Bicep curls (dumbell and barbell)
Tricep Pulls
Calv Presses
Abs
Friday
Dumbell flies
Chin up
Pull up
Flat Bench
Incline Bench
Deadlift
Abs
Again, my training varies depending on how my body is feeling.
Let me add that I will never turn down going out to dinner and grubbing out...I love to eat big and grow. I like ihop, cracker barrell, chilis, etc...
I do not care about having tight washboard abs. I am concerned with mass, but I would like lean gains.
i am by no means and expert, but i will tell you right now that you are not eating enough to grow. You need to be eating every 2 to 3 hours, 6 meals a day does this. Two of these meals you can substitute a shake if you are unable to get any real food.... you need to be continually giving your body nutrients not just a couple times a day.........

The catch is that I am going to start a new thread entitled Panthers recommended Plan for always banned. Id throw in a shake b/w 6 and 11:30, thats 5 and half hours with no protein. Not sure about turkey sausage, Id replace it with lean beef and get your protein, or some other lean meat. Ditch the cup o noodles for sure and replace with something good, brown rice and a good protein source. Try throwing instant oats in your shakes to add to carbs. If you can train a bit more often do like this:
Arms
Shoulders
Legs
Back
Chest
All on their own day. Hope this helps

AB - to be totally honest man i gotta agree with this other guys here... you say you are training super hard and have this great diet, but your build doesnt show it, anyone can say stuff on a forum, but acually doing it? i mean im the first person to listen to peoples advice, ojs told me i wasnt getting enough carbs, i started taking in more carbs and ive LOST body fat and gone up 10 lbs... no shit. here i thought i was a hard gainer, and i am, but its all a matter of diet and training, now i know how much carbs to eat, i no longer think im THAT hard of a gainer.
