View Full Version : Confusion with my cycle

Alright, first of all I am 24 6'5 and 180. I did my first cycle when I was 19. And have done a total of two. I got up to 205 at my most. I have low body fat for sure and am pretty cut. I have been involved in swimming water polo and now a surf team, I am trying to get bigger and stronger. So I am running this bulking cycle. I work out daily for two hours a day little cardio. And I am taking in 100 grams of protein I plan on getting that up to 200 while I am on.

Week 1-4 D Bol 50 mg ED
Week 1-10 500mg deca EW, 412 mg of Andropen 275 1.5cc twice a week so 825mg Andropen per week total
Week 7-10 Winny 50 mg ED

PCT- Clomid 200mg 1 week after last 50mg for the next three weeks following perday. I also have Nolvadex if my nips hurt just in case.

Another question I have is Should I stop cold turkey on week ten or should I do half of my dose of everything week 10 and take the other half in an 11th week. That way I going a half dose for two weeks instead of all then non.

after only reading the first paragraph i see 2 things wrong. number one is two hours of gym time per day is too much. what are you doing in there that takes 2 hours? i think even 1 hour is long(not saying i havent been in the gym for an hour but i try not to). number two is 100 grams of protein? try getting at least 250 grams per day. you should stop everyhting cold turkey at week 10, i dont know exactly what esters are in andropen but im sure there is at least one long acting, the deca is long acting too so dont worry about it.
