Just got my Nolvadex and I would like to know when do I begin my PCT. Have two more pins of test-p and I'm done! Have been using test p for about nine weeks and stopped decca after week 7. Have had some very good responses physically to all of it and although I admit I did this cycle without a great deal of knowledge, I have learned a whole lot from you all and from the experience. Please no flaming....we've all been there. Now I just found out I am on vacation for about 10 weeks. and I would like to start another more serious cycle in about 3 weeks. Is that OK? Also, do I start the nolvadex after the last pin? Thank you

Time on=Time off. You need to give your body time to recover from this cycle before you start another one. I recommend getting blood work done to make sure all your hormone levels are back on track. The Time on=Time off protocol seems to be spot on for me, but it might take more/less time for you.
Even when I run a short ester Test like Prop I wait 5-7 days before I start PCT. Just works for me.

Agreed With Jello..... If you just finished a 10 week cycle, give your body 10 weeks to go back to normal. Proper PCT is a must of course, but after that, jumping back on right away is not smart and could work to your disadvantage.

Time off for full recovery is hard to determine w/o bloodwork. PCT helps speeding up this process. For some people it will be ok after 3-4 weeks after PCT, for others it might take twice that or even longer. A doc can help you with this, otherwise look for private clinics, whichever you use, dont tell them why you need bloodwork done because legally they arent allowed to help, just say you feel tired all the time, works for all of us.
If you dont wanna do this follow the time on = time off period. Time on = including PCT imo, just to be on the save side.
Wait 2-3 days after last Prop pin before taking nolvadex. By that time the test will be away.

Here is a good thread from a few years ago. "JW" used to mod here and doesnt anymore, I think he was "demoted" so please keep that in mind. JW had an aggressive attitude on many things, and time between cycles was one of them.
This thread has alot of good info, and could take a solid hour to read through the first time, if your not skimming it.

IMO the time on= time off theory is a safe way of cycling. I will "go out on a limb:cool:" and say many here dont do this (myself included).
read the thread. Its long but good:D

I read most of it but shit I want to do this. My motivation here is that I have about 9 weeks off to do this with focus and dedication in all areas. Rest ,nutrition , training, etc no stress. Now here is my question...what about extending my current 9 weeks, adding 9 more weeks for a total of 18 weeks and then off twelve weeks? Leaving out a lot of details but what about the general idea guys. Or off 4 weeks and at least have a good 5 weeks while I'm off and 7 more weeks after that for a 12 week cycle and then 12 weeks off? Hope I'm not trying to fit a square peg in a round hole. :)

I will start pct ! I will just have to wait till my body recoups and then I will go for blood work. I guess when you're a bit older and you find that you are suddenly feeling and looking better and lifting hard....well.....you just want to hold on to that as irrational as it may be at the moment.. I'm sure someone can relate. It was my first cycle and as bad as some things went it was good. I learned a great deal from the people on this board. Drob29 thanks for the thread I reread it and now I think that my next cycle will be even better cause I'm doing it the right way. Patience is something I kept hearing on this board and it's time to exercise some of it. Thanks everybody:)

It's not just when you get older that you begin to not want to come off, trust me;)
Patience is definitely needed in this game, without it you will end up doing something stupid and regretting it.
