currently at 13%
oh yea, 51 y/o

10th cycle
TRT @ 250mg cyp

7:00am
7 whites, 1 whole egg, 3 slices American Cheese
2 slices wheat toast, 1 banana

10:00am
8oz chicken, 8 oz sweet potato

12:30pm
two tins tuna, 1 tps mayo, 1 banana

3:00pm
8 oz chicken, 8 oz sweet potato

6:00pm
8oz chicken or fish, 1 cup brn rice

7:00pm
train

8:30pm
pwo
2 scoops isopure, 3/4 cup dex

9:00pm
1 cup cottage cheese

10:00pm
2 scoops Isopure


supps:
10g fish oil
8g arginine


Train a 3 day split
mon,weds,fri

currently blasting
1g cyp

6 weeks in

up 8lbs

Don't usually put myself out there, but its time. Been here long enough and respect your input.

It looks good to me.

Here's mine. I'm currently following a CKD. So I usually carb up heavy on Sunday:

Stats: 5'10.5"
244lbs
currently at 14%
and 56 y/o

5:00am - 4 whole eggs, 4oz heavy cream, 2 scoops muscle milk

8:00am - train 3 day split

9:00am - pwo 4 scoops BCAA, 40g malto-dextrose

9:30am - 6oz buffalo, 2 cups mixed cruciferous veggies, 1tbsp olive oil

12:00pm - 6oz buffalo, 2 cups mixed cruciferous veggies, 1tbsp olive oil

3:00pm - 6oz buffalo, 2 cups mixed cruciferous veggies, 1tbsp olive oil

5:30pm - 6oz buffalo, 2 cups mixed cruciferous veggies, 1tbsp olive oil

8:30pm - 6oz buffalo, 2 cups mixed cruciferous veggies, 1tbsp olive oil

11:00pm - 1 cup cottage cheese, 1tbsp olive oil

Thanks, OJS. Weekends are my weakness. Family schedule creates a deficit I need to deal with. As a result, Mondays suffer when doing Chest/bis. Have to adjust and perhaps adopt a carb loading plan for Sunday as well.

That's exactly why I go with a CKD. I can't really stay strict on the weekends. It's much easier for me to do breads, pancakes & pasta Saturday & Sunday when I'm bulking. And Saturday night and all day Sunday when I'm cutting. And then get strict Mon - Fri.

I order it through a restaurant supply 60lbs at a time for $100.00. It comes out to about $6.00/lbs.
