Back Acne

hey i got a terrible case of back acne from my cycles and so a few months ago i went to a dermatologist and have been using numerous perscriptions since. since then my face has cleared up quite a bit and my upper back has also however now for some reason i am getting terrible acne on my lower back. I have never gotten acne in that area before. What should I do? I am thinking about taking accutane but I heard it's horrible for you. If I do decide to take it, is it safe to use with all my gear and also will it clear up my whole body or just certain areas? Thanks.

The main thing you can do is keep the area clean. Make sure you take a shower right after the gym and get yourself a back brush. You'll need a brush, not one of those shitty ass loofa things your mom uses. Don't think that because there is a piece of cloth between you and the bench that your not getting dirty. Then if you have a girl, have her use an astringent on your back every night and morning if at all possible. Tanning also helps dry out acne. If you have a couple of large ones, have your girl put a small dab of toothpaste on them. Make sure she doesn't get it on the skin that is clear or it will dry it out. Only a small dab, toothpaste is strong believe it or not. So strong the offending zit will be flat and virtually gone the next day.

I dont know this first hand because I don't, and never did get acne. My wife (Simone on here and ProM) is a certified aesthetitian. These are the answers she has given people over at ProM.

at what dosages should i run the accutane at and for how long? cycle on nd off? i have no experience with it. thanks.

20mg a day for 4 months ... you wont need to use it again for a year or so.

One reason this product was designed was for the dreaded "bacne". Finally an effective treatment that works!
