View Full Version : Advice on First Ever Cycle????

Hey, Im 5ft 11, around 185lbs
considering a 10week cycle of primobolan depot with anavar purely because im looking to shread some unwanted body fat and have the ripped look.
been training now for 2years naturally...

primo = 150mg E.DAY ??
var = 20mg E.Day ??

Realise primo is quite expensive but would rather use the cash an have less side effects
Also heard that nolvaldex is useful when coming to the end of the cycle to block the estrogen effects

what i was wondering is, if this cycle would be effective with the said dosage on a 10week course?

I know that many people say you should use Test for a first cyle but would rather use something like primo because of the mild side effects...

All advice appriciated

if you say you cant shed fat naturally for two years, there is deffinately something wrong with your diet and or training, post them first

Anobolic androginic steroids do not cut fat shred fat or melt fat. diet does.
giff is correct.. there is something wrong here.
You can loose all the fat you want by diet alone without exercise. diet and exercise together will speed up the process.

DO NOT START ANY AAS UNTILL YOU GET YOUR BODY FAT AT OR BELOW 12% OR LESS !!!!
you will cause yourself problems and get too many side effects.

The bodyfat being below 12% isn't always true for everyone...it's not like a one size fits all. I know i'm getting ZERO sides from 500mg of Sust every week...maybe the Proviron is helping a bit...My blood presure is perfect like always...cholesterol is high, but it was before the cycle and I think it's from too many egg yolks so i'm doing things for this problem.

Sure steroids can actually make a fat person fatter because of the estrogen conversion which converts easier when you carry high fat %.

Agree here.....plus if you're 5'11/185 you shouldn't have much BF to lose...

Cycle is a mess

Once we see diet and training this should be an easy fix

Very good point....I agree most of the time....UNLESS it's a 1st cycle......

41 and a 50 inch chest? Wow, that's pretty sick

Your def right about the first cycle part...cause you DONT know how your body is going to react to the gear. Best case sides are minimal and it does help you burn some fat and build lean mass...worst case, your lipids go crazy, blood pressure skyrockets, you get sides, and you get more fat than muscle. Not exactly what you want.

no need to do primo everyday its has a long esther attached, also it wouldnt be very comfortable doing shots ED for a newb

Been training fo 2 years but my goal over that time was to beef up a little
now im alot bigger i wanna get rid of the BF whilst keeping the muscle mass

starting a low carb diet as of next month
Was aiming for no more than 120g carbs per day and between 130 and 150g of protein

Admittedly my diet is a wreck...
training is fine
at the moment my body fat is around 10-15%

Any suggestions on the diet and/or cycle??

120g isn't really "low" carb. I would look into a carb cycling or keto if you want to go this route.

130-150g of protein is not enough. You should eat at least 1g per lb of body weight.
If you go on a diet that does not contain enough protein, you WILL get into a catabolic state and loose muscle. There are quite a few diets running around on the board. Use the search button and you will find some. Try to pick one that suits you and if you still have questions, ask away.

Not. Where's the test.
200-300g of protein per day is essential. Saying that "this nolvadex is good to block estrogen" is a concern meaning you haven't researched enough on this topic.
Keep this one thing in mind. When you have all injectibles and goods for your PCT on hand and have your diet down to a T your then ready to go. Then when you stick that first needle in you can no longer turn back. If you haven't the knowledge or understanding not only will you make a mess of your cycle and body but you can fuck your health up too. What about liver aids, getting enough fluid.
I'm not one to flame guys here but I will try to keep our newbs healthy. Read first dude. Read read read.
