dosing for airmidex

i see you can use airmidex for pct and also during a cycle to cut down on bloat and estrogen gains.. my question is whats a guideline for dosages..?

the "normal" dose is 0.25mg per day. with "normal" test doses. if its IP they come in 1mg doses so its kinda hard to bite them little suckers into 1/4rs so you can do half EOD but to stay level in the bloodstream try ed @ .25 is recommended by the bros. it really depends on the uptake and exp. of the vitamins you need. give me a buzz on the PM.. are you on the d vitamins yet? Depending on your exp, and cycle,you will range from a .25-.5
