anavar or clen which is better

hey guys muy girlfriend wants to try a fatburner and I am trying to get an opinion on which is better and safer for women. I also want to know which is the most effective for men also.

they do different things ... clen is the best to burn actual fat, but anavar will make you stronger and looking better.

for a woman I would say clen, it is not an AAS at all. Anavar though is mild and is one of the few things very good for a woman to use for body building. But as angel said you are talking about 2 totally different things. One is an anabolic steroid, the other is a bronchodialltor that is thermogenic and is found to burn fat effectivly while also being anti catabolic.

Exactly two totally different compounds with different actions. Fot female fat loss try the Clen with some T3.

thanks for the replies guys I will get her clen and me some var what is a good dose for her since it is her first time and will she need some milk thistle with it

Start her with just a tiny bit like 10-20. You can work up from there. She should be able to tell when she has hit her limit. She will prob. get the shakes or something but make sure to dose up gradually. I don't think she will need milk thistle but I'm no Dr. It can't hurt though. People take it that don't drink or take any oral drugs just for all aroung health.
