Im completely new to injectables, have only used orals in past and am trying to step things up a little.
I will tell you what I have and any suggestions on how to administer would be greatly appreciated
1xNolvadex 10mg tabs 50 tabs
3xClomid 50mg
Winstrol 50mg tabs 100 tabs
2xHCG 5000iu 1 amp
2xEquipoise 10ml vial 1 vial
This is supposed to be a 10 week cycle for speed and strength. Heres the directions I got on administration of the cycle.
Weeks 1-8
Winstrol 50mg every day
EQ 400mg per day
**HCG 300-500iu every 4-5 days**

Week 8
40mg Nolva/100mg Clomid every day

Week 9
30mg Nolva/50mg Clomid every day

Week 10
20mg Nolva/50mg Clomid every day

I understand most every thing pretty well, the EQ is throwing me off. What do the double asterisk mean? How do I measure iu in a mg or cc syringe.

First, no AAS right now for you. In reading your post it's obvious that you need wayyyy more education...

Where's the test e or test cyp? You should really check out the sticky posts in the newbie section they will tell you all you need to know. Then you can ask the right questions about a possible cycle and for help you need with it. Welcome to alin board.

What does "no diet" mean

How much BF, what's the %

Can you be more specific on workout?

What you have laid out here is a cluster. Is it me or did you forget to buy the Test, and 400 mg per day of EQ...you would have to be out of your mind!!! Read around the forums a bit more and educate your self, then start purchasing stuff. Best of luck to you.

No specific diet, I do try to eat right.
Body fat 20%
Workout routine: Mon and Wed abs, chest and arms.
Tues and Thurs Legs

That was supposed to be 400mg a week of EQ, But thanks for your concern.

geez boys! we have a mess on our hands with this one! you have no diet! you have a workout routine where you dont do chest or shoulders! you have a bunch of gear that really doesnt go together! all you have is winny and eq and a bunch of anti-estrogens and your not even taking test! seriously do some homework!

Ignore the multiple diet jabs. Everyone that chimed in on this thread thus far is a newb, except for goldeasy...

You do not run eq without test. You do not run winni without test. Testosterone is the foundation of all cycles.

You have enough eq to run a 10 week cycle. Now just get your hands on two vials of test enan or test cyp and you are golden.

Porcelainpilot; let's start with a solid diet and training base...

Training should be something like this:

Chest
Legs
Arms
Off
Back
Shoulders
Off

Doesn't have to be exactly that, but you get the idea...Train hard, proper form is VERY important.

Cardio should be 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes. Try to change the mode every 2 weeks (Mode=bike, stepper, elliptical, treadmill)

Don't know how you're eating but that's going to be 90% of this transformation; you need to stick to lean meat, eggs (3-1 ratio of white to yolks) vegetables, carbs should be from red potatoes, brown rice, plain oatmeal....drink only water and avoid sugar and salt (sodium.) Eat every 2.5 to 3 hours...You can rotate your carbs like this

Day 1-carbs every meal
Day 2-carbs every other meal
Day 3-carbs only @ 1st meal and P/W

You need to start this and be consistent with it for at least 6 months, if not longer. I know this is not what you wanna hear but juice is down the road for you, partially cuz your diet and training aren't in check and partially cuz you don't know how to use it properly.

Please do everyone a favor and keep your exchanges in the thread not in PM, how will others learn if you and G-Easy go to PM's?

I will also bump SBG and gold-easy (good post g-easy by the way)

Off hand your w/o needs help and so does your diet. I wish I had more time to help but I dont now (throttled at work), so you will have to rely on others. As a rule of thumb the longer a member has belonged here the more weight you may want to put into their posts. Certainly there are new members who have great advice, although there are more new members who are clueless than those who know what they are talking about.

One more thing, a cycle needs to have a test base, either e or cyp. Start with one compound and add more with additional cycles.
