Wassup again guys? I have a friend who is a retired pro bodybuilder and basically helped me narrow it down to this.

Weeks 1-2 Anadrol 50mg Weeks 3-4 100mg daily
Weeks 1-17 Test-E 1g weekly
Weeks 1-15 Equipoise 600mg weekly
weeks 1-18 Armidex .25mg daily
Standard pct

I am 6'5" 315lbs and roughly 17%bf and this will be my 5th cycle. I am actually thinking about getting into bodybuilding and I understand my bf is high, but I need to build up many parts of my body first. I decided to go with a hard core bulking cycle and 14 weeks after pct start a cutting cycle, which I still haven't decided on.

My arms 24", calves 19", and my neck is 20", so I basically have to bust my ass on my neck and calves

Also my quads are only 28" right now because of all the conditioning and high reps from football spring training. I started my hard core leg workouts again, but it will take some time to get them back up to 32" where they used to be. I am planning on having them roughly 34" coming off cycle. My waist is 40" and I am planning on dropping it to a 34-36 when I start cutting.

Cycle History:
1st cycle
weeks 1-11 .25mg armidex daily
weeks 1-10 500mg sustanon
weeks 1-10 400mg equipoise
standard pct

2nd cycle
weeks 1-16 .25mg of armidex daily
weeks 1-4 50mg dianabol daily
weeks 1-15 750mg sustanon
weeks 1-15 600mg equipoise
weeks 12-15 50mg anadrol daily
standard pct

3rd cycle
weeks 1-11 .25mg armidex daily
weeks 1-6 125mg tren eod
weeks 1-10 150mg test-p eod
weeks 6-10 150mg masteron eod
weeks 1-10 375mg sustanon every 5 days
weeks 3-10 100mg winstrol daily
week 2 40mcg week 3 80mcg week 4 120mcg week 8 80mcg week 9 120mcg and week 10 160mcg od clenbuterol daily
standard pct

4th cycle
weeks 1-10 150mg test-p eod
weeks 1-11 .25mg armidex daily
standard pct

This will take some time, but you guys will see the entire process.

I ran a very similar cycle about a year ago, subtract the eq and add low dose deca, and had some crazy strength and mass gains, went from 185 to 205 in about 2 weeks from the drol, started at 50 mg and then upped it to 100 but I think 100 was a bad idea because I got a bad gyno case and ended the cycle early. I suggest if you run this cycle you also run letro or at the very least have it ready. Not sure what your cycle history is but you may consider something like 500 mg test, 400 mg Eq and 50 mg drol instead

PTE-Yeah I think I might lower it to 50mg the entire 4 weeks. My firend just convinced me that with him monitoring me the chances of it doing any harsh damage will be slim.

Joe-I hope people will start shitting their pants from just seeing me in public lol

My nigg-Yeah I really want to killl her for taking the dog, but what can you do. Thanks bro, yet I am some what worried about doing a gram of test a weeks. Shit if you compare my gram to pros doing 5 grams a week it is almost nothing lol. Well at least I am not doing it to the point where I will need a kidney or liver dialysis.

Get your self a good liver booster when running those A-Bombs. I's start it a good 3 weeks before you start popping. Just wondering; How were your gains on the Prop?

When I first tried prop I ran it with clen and only had gotten solid gains on the weeks I was not on clen, but when I ran it alone last football season I went from 305lbs to 335lbs in about a month. It was harder to move around with that extra 30lbs, but it was nice benching 550lbs, repping 675lbs on squat, and deadlifting 650lbs.

After doing spring training and conditioning all the damn time my bench is now 515lbs, squat I don't even know because I haven't been able to go heavy, and deadlift hasn't really been affected. I also finished my last cycle of prop november 08 and can't wait to get on gear again.

I JUST HATE PINNING MYSELF EOD, but great results.
