I used to get B12 shots from my Doc before I moved out of that state. The shots helped with my appetite, no need for THC to stimulate it and when changing jobs, THC can cause for disqualification (even though he gave me a 'script for Marinol). This combined with the test shots he gave me helped to keep up my need to feed and added eneregy. If you don't like vita's - don't take 'em!
