I'm concern that what I'm doing won't get me ready for my contest in June. I'm on my second week of my cutting and diet cycle. I've only lost 10 lbs. I'm doing the same diet I did last year when I competed naturally and lost 60 lbs by contest time. This year I'm doing a cycle to come in looking better but i don't see anything yet. From all you experience lifters, I need advice to see if the diet and the gear i'm doing is enough to come in alot sharper. Last year I looked too small so this year I want to look more cut and muscular. any help would be appreciated. I only have limited amount of the cycle cause it would be too late to order anything more.

BF 14% now 13% but don't see abs yet.

test p 50mg eod in the quads and 75mg eod in the glutes
test A 50mg in the quads and 75mg eod in the glutes. mannn its painful especially in the quads that is why i use lower dosage.

1cup of oats, 1/2 cup of berries 10 eggs whites or 30 grams of protein
12pm
1sweet potato, 1chickeen breast
3pm
1cup of oats, 1/2 cup of berries, 30 grams of protein shake
6pm
1 cup of oats, 30 grams of protein
9pm
1lb of broccoli and chicken breast.
I still have 6 weeks to go for my first contest.
