What else should a person take DIANABOL ??

My brother believes that he can take DIANABOL by it self, ive told him he needs to take milk thistle, and anti-estorgen, and another bulking steroid, something that helps prevent the bloat, he does not believe me , he wants to take DIANABOL by itself, would you all please respond to this question so that he can read, and believe.


Please go into detail so that he can see what he needs to take, ive told him, but he has a moron for a friend that thinks he knows it all when it comes to roids.

dianabol is the most hepatoxic steroid. this will wreak havok on your liver if taking at a high dosage for a peroid of time, which is what you will have to do in order to get any "keepable" gains from it. This is the reason people just use dianabol to kick start other cycles like test E, because the dianabol starts working immediately and test e takes like 3 weeks to start kicking in.

He should use it with testosterone enanthalate ... first 4 weeks dbol and test e, but the test e should be run for 8 weeks longer as well .After the 12 weeks of test e, he should use clomid to keep his gains. All the way from weeks 1-16 he should use 20mg of nolvadex a day to prevent tits.

If he's afraid of needles he shouldnt be using anything.

He shouldn't be doing any steroids if he doesn't know what TEST is. Steroids are not something you should just mess around with without doing a lot of research as to what affects they are going to have on your body. Doing steroids can seriously ruin your body for life if you don't know what you are doing. Please take the time and do some research before you start any type of steroids. I am only saying this because I haven't even started a cycle yet. I have been doing my research for the last month and making sure my diet and my training are up to par. Diet and training are more important than what cycle you are running if you want to get big or strong

for the first cycle, , here is what i said he should do, does that sound right.

dianabol, winstrol, milk thistle , and a anti-estrogen, a good diet, good sleep habits, no beer/pop,no junk food, water only, and about 4000 calories perday, and hit the gym 5 days a week, with 1 day rest every 3rd day. plenty of protein, alot of carbs, and alot of cardio.

am i missing anything ?

If he is afraid of needles he can do an oral only cycle. This is what I wanted to do at first because I don't like needles either. After doing a lot of research I realized if I didn't want to be disappointed with my gains and I didnt want to kill my liver than I would need to do injections. I am not someone who likes to do things half-assed so I decided I would just have to get over my fear of needles.
If your bro doesnt want to be disappointed and do a lot of damage to the liver with minimal gain he is going to either have to get over his fear of needles or not do steroids.

wk 1-4 - 30-50mg of dianabol everyday
wk 1-10 - 500mg of Test E (two injections a week of 250ml)
wk 1-10 - .25 Arimidex every day
MUST HAVE NOVLADEX ON HAND IN CASE SIGNS OF GYNO(BITCH TITS) APPEAR

You will need Clomid for PCT

Talk about the blind leading the blind. Neither one of you should be doing steroids after reading this thread... too young anyway. At 22, he's still not fully developed and his test is already high. Test, dbol, deca will all shut him down. Inject into every muscle????? You're kidding right?

Tell your "friend" who is undoubtedly you that it would be good to stay away from the gear for a few years or at least know everything there is to know about them. There's enough info here if you do some searching to answer all your beginner questions.

Introduce him to the board to help him educate himself. If hes dead set on the DBOL only I would do him a favor and purchase him some Arimidex to avoid the estrogen sides.
