I'm goin 2 run d-bol 50mg for 4 weeks after 5 weeks then I'm goin 2 run 10mg until cycle over.sustanon 250 two shots a week mon n thru for 12 weeks. Letro I'm only goin 2 use if gyno shows up,n for pct nolvadex,clomid

You need to stick to a simple Test only cycle for your first. You need to find out how you will react to Test before you start adding other compounds that can cause a different type of Gyno. Second you need to stick to a single ester Test for your first run.

BUMP WHAT JELLO SAID BIG TIME... i need to have this on auto type. single ester test and test only for first cycle. that cycle you stated could hit you with gyno from two different directions for sure.

12-14 weeks test only @ 500/week, period

Seriously, you don't need gear right now. What was your starting stats before you started working out? What does your diet look like? If you start with AAS right now you will be more prone to sides than if you wait til your b.f. is a little lower. If you are thinking that a cycle will help you get that "beach bod" by this summer, you will be very upset when you finish. Keep working out and do as much cardio EVERY DAY as you can and make sure you are eating clean and the weight will come off.

Test only on your first run would be the safest and I would never run D-Bol that high on your first run, 20-25mg MAX. However if you ran the cycle you listed you would almost certainly get get gyno due to your current body composition. Diet down to the calorie, supplement,train, and sleep are your best weapons at this point in time. You would be amazed how fast your body will bend to your will if you stay disciplined! I know, I was a fat kid ;) I would wait until you were 15% before stepping into the world of AAS (12% is even better). Keep in mind, if you have never done a cycle before you will respond well so make it a good one and start it when it is time and only then. You could try some clen/ECA(alternate). Clen has an anabolic effect for the first little bit and would give you a little boost. If you don't cheat on your diet, you would be amazed at what 12 weeks of hardcore dedication could do to your physique. Hope this helps. keep the gear stored away in a cool dry place (if you have it already), you need a solid regimine of disciplined diet and cardio for at least 6 months... if you cant see the outline of your upper 4 abs then you should not start... post back when you are ready... its for your own health safety
