Ok guys I have been reading a lot about Var and I will be starting a cycle in about 2 weeks (its on its way:)) I am seeing that I need otc creatine so I will research that, but I am reading a lot that clen is good to do while on var to help with fat lose ( I know diet is the key) but I cannot handle the Clen it gives me major migraines but I am currently running 25mcg of T3 and will be upping the dose over the next few weeks. Is the T3 without the clen good to run with Var cause I plan on running them both together?

This is my current diet is there anything I need to change?

I eat 6 small meals a day with protein included with every meal. The only carb intake is from vegs and a little fruit. Some good fats(nuts, seeds, flax seed oil, natural peanut butter) After weight training I drink a low carb protein shake(about 35g of protein) TONS of water

Also drinking some watered down apple cider vinegar daily.

I also have potassium pills should I take them?

Some good fats(nuts, seeds, flax seed oil, natural peanut butter) After weight training I drink a low carb protein shake(about 35g of protein) add some fast carbs to post w/o, like juice or dextrose or waxymaiz TONS of water

Also drinking some watered down apple cider vinegar daily.

I also have potassium pills should I take them?

how much var are you gonna be using? and are you planning on running t3 from now until you get the var cycle going?

Going to run 5mg - 10mg of var depending on how I react to it. I am taking 25mcgs of t3 now until the var gets here in about 2 weeks then up my t3 to 50-75 mcg
I do add frozen strawberrys to my post w/o shake

Male or Female? I wouldn't take the T3 any longer than 6weeks pyramiding up and down For a male I've read 30-60 mgs of var is nice for cutting.

i would wait to run the T3 WITH THE VAR!!! not before.dont go too long on it like another posted. taper up and down.
also howmany cals do you intake a day? 6 meals a day isnt that much help (thow more frequant small meals is a good thing) are they 300cals or 700cals each for eg ?
5-10mgs is enuff.
i also personally wouldent go over 50mcg T3.
wk1-8 var 5-10mged
T3= wk1/2-25mcgED , wk3/4/5-50mcg , wk6- 25mcged , 7/8off,done no t3.

thats what id suggest

along with cardio 20-40min 4-5days a week. and some light lifting with waghts. eod

I weight train 3 days a week and cardio 2x a week. I am not sure of calorie intake but I would say each meal is less than 300 calories. I am FEMALE will be 35yrs old 5'5" currently 145 lbs will

5-10mg is good......hope your man will be up to speed with you :D

I would agree with juced and save the t3 until you get the var.

strawberries are good and maybe add a little honey too.

I weight train 3 days a week and cardio 2x a week.

try if you can to squeeze 1 more day of cardio in, or add 15 mins of cardio to your weight days........:cool:

Thanks for the advice guys! I stopped the t3 a few days ago I was only taking it for about 5 days. I will start it again when the var gets here.

Looks like you are on track to grab some good results. Like Porkchop said, use the var with the T3. T3 can get you into a catabolic state unless taken with an anabolic. You want the lbm, just not the bf :)
