hey guys finally finished writting out my cycle n was hoping for some feedback, positive or negative...first i'll start off by writting down my overall stats:
age- 33
height- 6'0
weight- 180lbs-185lbs
bodyfat %- 8%-12%
years training- around 10yrs
cycles- 5-8
if anyone needs anymore info on me, just let me know n i'll provide...well this is what i have planned out:
test enanthate- 600mg/wk 1-15
trenbolone acetate- 125mg/eod 1-8 (tren comes in 250mg/cc)
winstrol v- 75mg/eod 6-15 (to avoid repeated injections,was thinking of drinking every dose)
hcg- 500ius/wk (starting wk 4)
pct starting wk 17
1 last thing i hope u guys have time for,can someone help me out with my diet? heres what im currently running...
pre-workout:
2 servings whey protein
1 serving carb-up (53gr complex carbs)
10gr glutamine
1 animal pak
1 serving NO supplement
post-workout:
2 servings whey protein
10gr glutamine
gatorade (simple sugars)
meal 1:
10 egg whites + 2 whole eggs
2 servings oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit
1 animal ***** pak
meal 2:
8oz of chicken or turkey
meal 3:
8oz of chicken or turkey
1 animal pak
meal 4:
8oz of chicken or turkey
1 can of green beans (no salt added) or
2 servings of whey protein
meal 5:
2 servings of casin protein
10gr glutamine
well there it is,hope someone outhere has the time on their hands to help me tweak it out for maximum results.....thanx guys

I think if you are bulking you may want to increase the amount you are eating. Go for 300 grams protein min. Not sure if this gets you there or not. Can you calculate your macronutrients and post this? This looks like the Dave Palumbo contest prep diet accept not enough protein. Throw in 3-4 servings of brown rice with your meat meals. You didnt state your goals but this diet would be great for contest prep, not so much for bulking.
As far as gear I would decrease your tren dose and start with 62.5 mg EOD. This wont be as easy to measure but unless you have used tren before and know how you respond Id definitely start low. I got great gains off 50 mg EOD

Is your goal to cut or bulk??Your diet looks like a cutting one very clean,have you worked out how many cals that is.I think at your height and weight you need to bulk.You have done 5 to 8 cycles and your only 185lbs,your traning must be stop start,not 10 years straight....

meal 1: (1hr after post-workout meal)
10 egg whites + 2 whole eggs
2 servings oatmeal
1/2 grapefruit
1 animal ***** pak (total= p-72 c-70 f-20 kcals-794)
meal 2:
8oz of chicken or turkey (total= p-54 c-0 f-2 kcals-260)
meal 3:
8oz of chicken or turkey (total= p-54 c-0 f-2 kcals-260)
1 animal pak
meal 4:
8oz of chicken or turkey
1 can of green beans (no salt added) (total= p-54 c-6 f-2 kcals-290) or
2 servings of whey protein (total= p-48 c-4 f-8 kcals-260)
meal 5:
2 servings of casin protein (total= p-52 c-8 f-4 kcals-260)
10gr glutamine
total caloric intake (protein-376 carbs-177 fat-44 kcals-2784)

Ok protein is good, I would increase the carbs to 400 grams from complex sources and increase the fat to 100 grams from good fats, peanut butter, olive oil, omega-3 etc. Hopefully this will get you closer to 4000 cal which is about what you will need to maximize the cycle

Might want to consider running prop since you will be pinning the tren EOD anyway. Test would kick in faster that way and you would have less bloat

thanx guys for the feedback...i was planning on getting very lean n vascular on this cycle, dont think that eating 4000 calories i would acheive my goal...what do u think? and i know that test prop is the way to go with a cycle combo like this, but the only time i tried it, did not like the side effects...developed major acne on my back n chest n wouldnt wanna go through that again...

Take the winstrol up untill you start pct ... it will be gone within 24 hours anyway. No need to stop winny for 2 weeks.

I also agree with upping your calorieintake. I'd say at least 3500+ kcal.

If your goal is to be an underwear model than I dont really think AAS is for you, to be honest. At 6 foot, 185 lbs it is time to bulk not cut, or else you are wasting your gear. Just my opinion though, others may disagree

i was thinking same thing esp. standing a 6'0 something sounds off, i can understand a person being that height doing 1 cycle being inconsistent with diet and training to be that much but not 5 to 8 cycles

I agree I would definately bulk with your height 180 is pretty thin for you height

Honestly if you are looking to lean up and get vascular for summer or what not I wouldn't use any gear. I would just use a good supplement stack, diet, and training program. Save your gear for a bulking cycle and put on some good mass. Also, test E will cause some significant water retention. If you are going to use test in a cut cycle, prop would be the way to go especially since you have to pin Tren often anyways. Just my two pennies, but you are already decently lean. I would not use any AAS and just diet/train/sleep/supplement and you could be there in 12 weeks or less.
