Do a SHITLOAD of research on T3 before you decide to try it bro. U have to know how to taper the dose properly, or risk damaging your tyroid. It's not something i would even recommened using.

I will tell you what I preach,if you are not making a living on muscles you don't want to use a thyroid drug. Competing bodybuilders use t-3 or cytomel at the tail end of a cycle just before the competition. There is no doubt about it,It works ! Add clen to it and you can eat 4000 calories a day and still be chiseled out. When you heard those bodybuilders in the gym talking about t-3 did they say anything about Taking too much for too long and having to take it for the rest of there lives because they screwed up there thyroid ! ( chronic thyroid insufficiency ! ) Probably not ! Alot of women love this drug but when it comes to losing fat women will mainline cyanide ! Stick to clen and go to the gym to workout not chat or listen to a group of know it alls. Half those people don't know what there talking about. If you want to know something get on the web and you will be up all night with the information at your fingertips. Thats why if you read anything from me it is more detailed then most because I know alot of guys out there are going to go by what a friend told another friend. I know alot of guys on these boards will tell you to do research on whatever drug or gear you plan on doing but thats not helping you especially if you are like most and rather hear about something from two or three guys then take the time to look it up. Even if you did, alot of that stuff is out of date and you can get into big trouble ! I know I can drop 10 lbs in a minute with t-3 and clen and would love to get some of that extra luggage I am carrying off around my waist ! But it cost too much ! I don't mean money ! To compete today you have to do a hundred different pharmaceuticals a month ! And with all the promotions and invitations you have to look your best all year long ! There is no football or baseball season, where you can take a break. All those guys who don't place in the top 3 are fu**ed ! They have no income and have to devote 24 hours a day 365 a year to even think of placing where you make enough money to at least pay for your equipment, never mind the rent and all that ! Those are the guys who are forced to take t-3 and alot worse all year round ! If your picture isn't in" flex " or" muscle and fitness " you have no business using stuff like that ! Those guys have to because the competition does and they wouldn't stand a chance not using everything available. I will tell you something else those guys pay very dearly for that kind of physical abuse ! You won't hear about that either ! I was going to tell you the safest way to take cytomel or t-3 but decided not to because you can still hurt yourself taking all precautions and somone else might try it because of what I wrote ! I had some heart and kidney trouble last year and have alot more time on my hands then I use to and thought I can log on to a good site like we are on now and just kick things around but I don't,no I won't say something that might give that uncertain person just the nudge he needs to try something like t3 , cytomel , t4 or anything that knocks your thyroid hormones out of the ball park ! So there you have it . I did the research for you and I know you are not going near that stuff ! Clen will get the job done fairly well and even with that you have to be carefull too ! soulmate

Ive been using T3 for about 15 years Ive put countless people on it including women, it shreds fat like nothing else, Ive never had anyone complain about side effects, Ive given it to women who are the just do arobics kind and have seen them drop 4% of bodyfat without change in diet, no matter who I train T3 is always incorporated, I would strongly recomend T3 above clen, clen is nasty stuff it makes my chest hurt and makes my hamstrings cramp up, I never recomend clen it would cause my clients to ditrust me because you no thier going to complain about the side effects, my wife took T3 for 5 years and has been nateral for 2 years she had her blood work done 2 months ago and her T3 was at 8 nanograms per decalitre of blood this is in the medium high range which is good, take into consideration that everyone Ive trainded has used the 3 weeks on three weeks off thoery I personally do this and will continue to do this for years to come, I only do this because Ive read that the feed back loop on T3 is three weeks meaning that if you take it longer than three weeks your body will sense that it has to much and shut down nateral production, supposidly when this happens the pituatary gland will never start production again, now I personally know 2 different guys who have taken T3 without any time off for over a year they both claim to be just fine, but I dont want to take any chances so Ill stick with the 3 on 3 off , If you do the same you wont have any problems :)

And there you have it. 2 completely different points of view. 2 very well thought out and researched perspectives. I think this simply proves that we are all adults, and need to make our own decisions, ONLY AFTER doing our own research like soulmate and anaholic did. Personally, I share soulmates view. I think a little hard work in the gym and dedication the right diet can shed the desired weight that 99% of the people thinking about taking clen or T3 want to lose.

Like the guys said research and make your own decisions. I have been researching this stuff and came to similar conclusions Anaholic did. I've read that T3 was safe if you keep minimum doses by ramping up and ramping down and not using it for longer than 4 weeks. But definitely do your own research.

I think diet is 90% of it, but its kinda hard to get your glutes to show without a little extra help

This is not a flame. Maybe it was just a typo, but T3 is produced by the thyroid, not the pituitary gland. Not trying to be nitpicky, but we're talking about peoples health here and I want people to get the most accurate information possible.

Are you sure about that, do a little homework on the ptuatary gland, iam not saying who right or wrong, iam just saying do a little more homework :)

Believe me Anaholic - I've done more homework on the thyroid gland and pituitary gland than I care to remember. I'm not an endocrinologist, but do work in the medical field and will hopefully be starting med school next year.
Here is a little information on the thyroid gland:
The thyroid gland secretes three hormones:
Thyroxine or 3:5,3':5' tetra*iodothyronine (T4) is the major hormone secreted by the follicular cells of the thyroid gland. With 99.95% of the secreted T4 being protein bound, principally to thyroxine*binding globulin (TBG), to a lesser extent thyroxine binding pre*albumin (TBPA) and albumin. T4 is involved in controlling the rate of metabolic processes in the body and influencing physical development.
3:5,3' tri*iodothyronine (T3) is 3*4 times more potent than T4. Only 15% of the total normal T3 concentration is directly secreted by the follicular cells. With 99.5% of the secreted T3 being bound to the same proteins as T4.
Calcitonin is secreted by the C*cells of the thyroid gland. Its function is totally unrelated to the other thyroid hormones, since it's involved in calcium homoeostasis.
T4 (either total or free) along with thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) are used as biochemical indicators of thyroid function, which aids the diagnosis and monitoring of either hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism.

the pituatary excretes thyroid stimulating hormone TSH , TSH tells the thyroid how much t4 to release, when your thyroid shuts down its because the pituatary isnt releasing TSH.
Did you know that all the books you will read in medical school are controlled by the pharmaceutical companies/FDA. Did you know that they dont want you in medical school if you think for yourself, did you know that an MD is not allowed by law to cure a disease, they can only treat the symptoms, i guess you havnt figured out that the FDA is your enimy, if you figure it out after becoming a doctor, you will have 2 chooses 1 keep your mouth shut or 2 move to mexico. I feel for ya dont let them brainwash you
